They arrived on time, and once they took a look at the items to be moved, confirmed that the time estimate that I had provided (while overriding the hire a helper phone agent) was good and they did not expect to spend more time. I could see that they diligently wrapped the items in protective lining, even the items with some pre-existing damage to make sure there was no further damage. They also uninstalled, and then at the new location reinstalled my washer dryer perfectly. Overall, I paid exactly what I expected and the service was outstanding.

I have not used the gate for 1.5 years but the gate has only operated 5 months of that time. Better get your facts straight. So, for over an hour, she did NOT even know where her things were!??! They didn't have the decency to tell us where they were going for lunch. We were so relieved when they finally got here and the move went okay, rather fast. They were cheerful and had a good attitude. On top of that, they even charged her for the lunch break. The "lead" guy was okay, but the other one was not so friendly. The lead guy was kind enough to take a queen-sized bed that I no longer needed, though, which really helped. One of the worst service experiences I have encountered…read more I hired this company for an August 22 move, paid my deposit on June 29, and was given an arrival window of 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. The crew did not arrive until 1:05 p.m. Before that, I was directed to meet them at the storage unit, where I waited approximately 40 minutes and lost about one hour and 25 minutes including travel. I contracted for four movers, but only three worked until approximately 2:00 p.m. At the end of the move, the company demanded $800 and told me my belongings would not be unloaded unless I paid. I paid because my household property was already on their truck. After payment, the crew unloaded only the furniture. They did not reassemble the furniture as promised. I then discovered damage to both my furniture and my house. The owner became hostile during a telephone conversation and has not meaningfully addressed the missing services, damages, or claim process. He repeatedly referred to a contract when defending the charges, but I was not provided a completed copy of that contract upon delivery. This was a severely delayed, understaffed, incomplete, and damaging move followed by a complete failure of accountability. I am now pursuing formal damage claims and complaints with the appropriate Texas regulatory and consumer-protection authorities. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company with another move.
