Jordan and Aaron were great! Very nice, helpful, careful with my things, quick, and efficient. They arrived an hour later than the scheduled time (which is why it's 4 stars); however, they gave me a courtesy call to let me know they would be late. I appreciated the call and I was able to work with that. Prior to my move-in day I was in communication with one of their customer service reps, Priscilla. She was very helpful, great about answering the phone and responding to emails in a timely manner, and provided excellent customer service in regard to scheduling and answering all my questions. The worst experience I have ever had. They broke several items including a $200+ piece of glass from my table. Unfortunately, Texas law protects moving companies and after four months of working toward a resolution, they only offered $75 and NEVER mailed the check. As a consumer who has lived without parents since 20-years old, I have worked hard for everything that I own. This particular situation has proven that companies like Grey Wolf are only concerned about their receipt of payment and not the service provided. I only wish I had time to detail the experience but trust me, it has changed my outlook on life and resources. If you hire them, WATCH THEM LIKE A HAWK! I used this moving service nearly 2 months ago. It appeared to be a good job -the movers were close to being on time and moved most of my belongings. There were a few little comments that made me give the side eye, jokes about wishing I would provide lunch, wishing I would give a tip (before the move was even completed), and other little comments, but overall the movers seemed nice. However, once I got alone and started to unpack, I noticed tape on a bookshelf. I went to remove the tape and the movers had broken my bookcase and used PACKING TAPE to tape it all together. My second bookshelf was also broken but was set up in such a way with furniture against it to deceive me. This means someone took the time to sit it up straight and place it as though it was not broken, because the back was completely ripped out! Once I touched the bookshelf it fell apart. I was more agitated by the steps taken to conceal the doing. I reported the incident and was told I would be receiving compensation that weekend. Why is it that I have had to continue texting the number given, inquiring about where this check is? No phone calls have been answered.I have ordered items from the UK that have gotten to me quicker than the check that was supposedly located in the same state in which I live. My movers were Awesome! I was scheduled to move originally yesterday, I happen to call Wednesday morning to see if they possibly had anything for that day. They left notes on my account and reached out to me in less than 30 minutes after me calling, informing me that they did have a slot for 6-9pm open for that day. If I could give no stars I would. I used them for a move a few years ago that I wanted to use them again. Well that was a bad idea. The movers were nice however they broke my brand new bed. They told me to call and file a claim. Well of course I did that. They told me lies how they would replace the broken pieces to my bed. Well after I started calling to do so, and they figured out it was me No one ever answered the phone again. This was by far the BEST moving experience I had! On my original Jose I was sick and needed to reschedule. You were very cordial and accommodating rescheduling my move. On my actual move date, the movers called me and asked if they can come earlier. What? Why surely you can!! If I could give them no stars I would. Please careful when using these guys. Make sure you check the truck to see if everything is off before you sign anything from them. I figured these guys were honest and trustworthy so I didn't checked the truck. They moved some of my stuff from my storage and once I got to my apartment I never went outside to check if they had removed everything from the truck. My kids brand new box springs and mattresses were not in my house when I checked; neither was my brand new vaccum. They definitely were put on the truck but didn't make it off the truck. Unfortunately, because heavy wooden drawers were placed on top of my brand new stone coffee table and marble top desk (that were picked up by these movers in perfect brand new condition at the store), the items were damaged/destroyed in transit. My coffee table arrived in a pile of rubble, and the marble desktop was cracked on both sides. The company would not reimburse my cost of these items and offered an insultingly low .60 per pound, which would have come to under $100 for both pieces that cost me well over $1,000. I called a few moving companies and the prices that they were quoting were outrageous. I logged on today to try and find the Company that quoted me $4000 to move from Grand Prairie to Little Elm. We went with Grey Wolf coming into Dallas blind from about 1000 miles away. They were very responsive to my quote and questions and able to set up a move last minute. Taylor, Rashad, and Daquan were fantastic. On time, courteous, and careful with all of our belongings. They worked straight through, up three flights of stairs in 95 degree heat. Buyer beware! I used them to pack and unpack a POD. They do not care about your possessions and will just throw them in the POD any old way and then not stand behind their terrible job. They purport to be a packing expert, but have terrible customer service. Their packers are poorly trained and don't care about the safety of your possessions. The person who unpacked for me at the destination diligently took pictures of all the damaged goods and then told me repeatedly that the items had not been packed properly during packing. He actually called them "idiots" and commented "why would they do something so stupid?" many times. But apparently when the "manager" asked him if it was packed appropriately at the origin, he told them it was packed "fine" and the only thing the packers did poorly was not appropriately place all the screws/etc. in a safe place and include it in the POD, so it could be easily found. Which of course was another issue--the price included them reassembling a piano, dining table, beds, coffee table, end tables etc at the destination. But since none of the hardware could be found, they couldn't reassemble. The unpacker was happy to give me his card so he could charge me again if I needed "help" reassembling (provided I can even locate the hardware. I should have been tipped off to their ineptitude when the packers at the origin showed up without tape and wrapping material and I had to go purchase it myself. What a crappy company--DO NOT USE! They should be put out of business. By the way, as a reference -- I moved across country 2 years ago and used United Van Lines--NOT ONE article was damaged. read more

When you sign a contract with a moving company there is carriage insurance to cover the item being moved. If this company damages any other items in your house they will not stand behind it. I finally got $150 out of approximately $250 worth of damage they did to fan. Took about 3 months to even get that. read more

After reviewing a lot of moving companies, Grey Wolf struck me as a can't lose on. They have been great to work with from the start. I was worried when they didn't hit the door at 8:30 AM but I looked at the reservation and it said 8:30 to 9:30. Received a call from GW prior to their arrival saying they would be here within the time slot. Clayton was the lead guy and everything went so dang smooth. Really all of the guys had a can do attitude. Once we turned them loose they really got going. We moved from our residence to a storage facility. Offloading was equally smooth and quick. I really appreciate the job they did and will be hiring them to move us into our next home in '20. read more

I have an update on this review that I posted 7 months ago. This second go round was the WORST experience ever with this company. I used them again in August and my furniture was damaged so bad. When I saw the movers moving my dresser up the stairs I saw where it was damaged but the 2 guys ( not Jordan or Aaron) said that it wasnt. When I went upstairs they said that it was going to be fixed. They moved the rest of my items in the home and asked for me to sign the time that had ended but before I asked how much time was left and they said 40 mins. I had 40 mins left and things still left in my old apartment which was 2 mins down the road. They refused to go get the rest of the items and told me to sign because the day has ended. I called the company the business day and spoke with Priscilla. Priscilla assured me that the manager was going to be calling me and nobody did. I called for a month straight after trying to locate the owners on FB to get this issue resolved since no one could call me back about my dresser. I found the wife on fb and wrote her a message and even sent a friend request just so she can see that I messaged her and got no response. Finally I called again and spoke with Priscialla and she told me that Josh Williams will be in contact. I spoke with him and he sounded like he didnt give a DAMN and told me he would open up a claim. He sent me an email to send pictures of my damaged furniture which I did the next business day. I waited a couple days maybe a week and followed up right after the pictures I sent and the response was that they would send me a $50 check because of the material of my dresser was not covered. This email was sent Oct 14. It is now Nov 11 and i have not received an email or check regarding $50. I cant believe that this company handles their customers this way. I would never EVER refer this company to my friends or family. Good luck to those who go to them for moving. !! read more
