Was the only place that I could find in Galveston county that had covered RV parking. Phillip was very helpful. Was over the phone. Came in, and he showed me around the property. Came back the next day to fill out the paperwork. So far so good read more

Storage Choice is very convenient for us for storing our extra furniture. The facility is clean and secure. The prices were close to 20% lower than other storage facilities around the area for not conditioned and non. We needed a unit at the last minute, but even after the office was closed we were able to reserve online (through their website, not a third party) and move in that evening. All paper work was completed online and an entry code was emailed with our confirmation. read more

Incredible service! Phillip does a wonderful job at our local Storage Choice here in Pearland. He is on top of his game. He is personable, quick to answer any questions we may have, and is great to deal with. The location is clean, everything looks freshly painted, and it's easy to get in and out of. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to store their stuff. read more

I give storage choice a 5-star rating. This is my first time renting with them but they made the experience very enjoyable and their customer service is top notch. They always return phone calls and follow up with me to make sure my needs are met and they seem to have a relationship with most people that walk through the door. The facilities are clean and well functioning. Unlike most storage facilities, their keypads are accessible from almost any vehicle. The driveways all have directional notations that keep traffic and congestion to a minimum even at peak times on the weekends. With my 24hr access I've been able to go by at night and it's nice and quiet and well lit. This is the best storage experience I've had. Thanks guys! read more

Everytime they changed owners, the transition has been seamless for the tenants. I will say the price has consistently went up throughout the years, hence minus one star. That was one of my motivations to get do away with the unit and either sell or get rid of what I have in the unit. The cost of what u have paid over the years definitely is way over the worth of the property inside. The property is very clean and well secured. I wanted climate controlled and I have never been inside where I have felt it wasn't controlled. They have moving equipment on hand to help you move your items as well. Customer service, especially with Extra Space has been outstanding. I was able to put my notice in to leave online. I wasn't sure if gate codes have changed since the new ownership took over so I called and spoke to Natalie. She was very helpful and told me I have till the end of the month to move out even though my move out date was about a week earlier. That little bit of information put less stress on me. She text me with all the codes and also notified me that my unit was clean and good to go after. If I am ever in need of storage in the future, I will definitely reach back out to Extra Space Storage.

I wanted to get through quickly too, as I was at work at the time, but I think politeness to a customer can coexist with being efficient. We shouldn't be made to feel like you're wasting your time. He also seems annoyed that I couldn't remember my unit number. Um, how about I just spent a month moving and I set that storage up a month ago? It's hard to remember every single thing you have to do when moving? If you can look it up by name, as he did, then why are you so annoyed/impatient with your customer? His attitude would make me reconsider using them versus UHaul in the future, as service is really the main difference between the two companies IMO. He did seem to realize at the end of the call that I wasn't appreciating his being short with me. Doris was awesome and made my visit SOOOO much easier than I expected. I've used other storage companies for prior moves and have never had such a good experience. I'm lucky I stopped here first this time--I'd heard good reviews about Doris and she did not disappoint. She was so helpful and kind, and she made getting set up a breeze. It really was the easiest part of my day. Moving can be very stressful and unpleasant, and so I was blown away for this part of my move to be so easy. Please do yourself a favor, if you need storage, go to this CubeSmart location! P.S. You also can't beat the accessibility of the lot where the storage cubes are housed, and also the peace of mind from knowing there is security for your items.

Budget truck has the worst service across all spectrums. To start, I booked a truck rental one…read moremonth in advance over the phone with a person named Kelli. She was very kind. She helped me set up a rental for a 16 ft. truck with a car trailer and 27 furniture pads. I got a confirmation email that I should pick up my truck at 8am 48 hours before I was supposed to pick up the truck. My wife and I needed to move fast as we had a 24 hour drive to Houston, Texas from Scranton, Pennsylvania in order to close on our house. We were supposed to transport two cars, one on the trailer and the other person would drive the other car. This was during COVID-19 so no one in our family could help move the car. Below is what we experienced. We arrived at the Budget Truck in Wilkes-Barre, PA at 7:45am. The time of business was from 9am-4pm. I called the Budget 1-800 number and they told me they could do nothing, I would have to wait for this Budget place to open up at 9am. We had movers at our house at 8am to help load the truck, and were only paying them for 2 hours. They employee of the Budget Truck did not arrive until 9:15. I went in, and he told me there was no trailer available within 200 miles and no dolly. Thus, I would not be able to pull the car on the back of the truck. He also said he had no furniture pads. He then told me he would have to cancel everything on my order except the truck and that it was on me to find a trailer somewhere else. He then gave me a truck and told me it was full with gas. It had less than 3/4 tank of gas in it. By the time I left, it was already 9:45am and I had to pay the movers an extra $150 for the additional hour. I spent that entire time calling Budget customer service who told me that because the employee at the truck rental place where I got the truck from canceled everything except for the truck, they would not give me anything. My only option was to return to that rental company and ask them to change my contract and find me a trailer. My wife and I returned to that location at 12:45 and waited there until 4pm. They never showed and customer service told me they could not do anything about. They told me I could not have a trailer for my truck, and when I asked if I could get another trailer from another company, they said no because they could not insure it. My wife and I did not leave for Texas until the next day and our closing date was moved from Friday, May 1st to Tuesday, May 4th. We finally found someone willing to drive our other car to Texas for us. This cost us $389.56 in gas for that car, $500 for that person to do the drive, $118.59 for their night in a hotel, and $88.22 for their return flight to PA. In total, it cost $1,096.37 for the person to drive the extra car to Texas instead of us having the trailer on the back of the truck. The trucks alignment was extremely off and the low power light was on the entire trip. After we closed, we rushed to get the truck unloaded to ensure we could get the truck back on time. We got to the return place at 2:23pm. It was A1 trucking which holds Budget trucks. It had steps on how to return the truck if no one was there was there was no lock box. The next day, Budget Truck told us we would have to return to another location that was 30 minutes further and the extra day would be charged. I called customer service and they told me they would refund the extra day because it was not my fault. They also said they would give me $75 dollars for the fact that they could not get me a trailer. $75 for the $1,096.37 I had to spend to get the other car to Texas and the 5 days that closing was moved back. The worst part, I received the confirmation and reminder 2 days prior to moving with the time and correct order (a trailer with 27 furniture pads). We ended up renting furniture pads at Home Depot for $80, but we would not be reimbursed by this. This was the worst service I ever received for anything in my entire life and I can assure you, PENSKE was $32 more dollars than the Budget quote and I hope everyone goes with them or U-Haul over Budget. We will never ever use any serve provided by Budget again, and we will make sure every person who ever needs to move never uses them. This was unacceptable in every form of service. DO NOT USE BUDGET FOR ANY REASON EVER.

All of my recyclables this time were easy lifts, so they have a drive-thru where you stop, and somebody comes and gets everything out of the car for you. Like a grocery pickup. They just do everything while you wait in your car. They also have the ability to take larger equipment. Some of those things you have to set an appointment for and certain items have to be paid for for them to take it. It's usually a very small fee just for disposal costs and things like that. Entirely worth it for whatever it is you're trying to do. Nothing here is expensive. Highly recommend if you're looking to offload some extra stuff that you're not using anymore without just chucking it in a trash can. They also have paper recycling and shredding services available. Check out their website and see if they'll take what you have.

The bay holds three cars and they have designated spots for each vehicle. You must stay in your car and let the attendants take whatever you're recycling out of your vehicle. One good thing about Stella Roberts is that they take all sorts of items/materials. On my last visit, I dropped off old electronics and cell phones. They also take the typical materials like plastic, aluminum, and paper. They accept large appliances and hazardous materials, but I believe you have to make an appointment first. You can drop off items during non-business hours. They have large bins positioned just outside of the drive thru gate for old clothes, books, and small appliances. I like to drop off old clothes and shoes here for textile recycling. I'm grateful for the bins since it's difficult for me to visit during business hours.

I ended up calling the particular product helpline and they issued me a full refund on the wrong product and told me what I needed. Coincidentally, ACE carried the right product I needed since HD was, big surprise, OUT OF STOCK. %#+* As for prices, I don't know how all things are across the board but for my particular needs recently, they seemed somewhat to be comparable to the big box stores. BUT- for one particular item, I checked on Amazon and Ace (since Home Depot didn't carry it... WTF). The item was $2 more at Ace. (See included picture). We will return to BayGas Propane because of our experience, Samantha's friendliness and professionalism, and the reasonable cost of the propane. Pricing on units is very fair and definitely received more then what I paid for. I want to say that my trip to Houston was unfortunately due to the loss of a family member. We had to clean out her place and put her things into storage. So we find Storage Choice and let me tell you, Phil was amazing! His customer service was impeccable. He was very helpful. Gave a lot of information and was really nice. We're very happy with the service we've received at Storage Choice in Pearland. We call to set up storage for our RV and car about 2 weeks before needing it, and Phillip was extremely helpful. We asked if we needed to make a deposit to hold the space and Phillip said it wasn't necessary. When we arrived two weeks later, they remembered our phone call and had the space ready for us. This is the second time since moving to Pearland that I have used Storage Choice. I love the new kiosk outside that allows you to rent spaces if the location is closed and you are also able to talk to a real person. Storage Choice Pearland is Easy to use. This location has an automated self serve machine in the front that is available after hours. The location is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We have rented from this location when we first moved to Pearland and happy to use it again. read more

This place is awesome! Philip is such a gentleman, very professional, friendly, and courteous. This facility is open 24 hours, which is very convienient for my family and myself.
