As a disabled U.S. Marine combat veteran, I was deeply disappointed and voiced my frustration. That said, I want to personally thank Roxanne for stepping in and handling the issue with professionalism, empathy, and urgency. She listened. She understood. And most importantly--she resolved it. She did a great job communicating with me when my rent was coming up or past due. I really appreciate her for doing this, as I was under pressure already. The facility is kept clean and monitored , which brings comfort knowing your stuff is safe.
