Storage Choice has been a pleasure doing business with! My parents & I shared a unit there for about 2 years We moved everything out of that unit about a year ago. Then, about 2 months ago, my boyfriend & I realized that we would need a unit of our own since we are moved to an apartment. My boyfriend made several attempts at "just getting a unit that from the place right by our apartments." Lucky for him they didn't have the size unit we need...if he had got one there I would've come UNGLUED! That place charges SIGNIFICANTLY more, the traffic to get there is a NIGHTMARE...I could go on & on. I knew where to look for a unit next - Storage Choice! Just to be sure, I compared their prices with a few other places nearby, & they definitely had them all beat for overall price (taking in to consideration the discounted month(s), admin fee to get the unit, etc.) Plus none of the other places have a moving truck that can be used for just the cost of the gas you use! I was even more pleased when I discovered the new kiosk at Storage Choice (available to use 24/7)...I got my unit on a Sunday night simply by using the kiosk. Any & everything you could want or need can be done on the kiosk, which is VERY convenient...the kiosk will even spit out a lock & key if you want to buy one from them I also just used their online system to make my payment. I seems that almost all the same features are also on their website, which in most cases, is even more convenient than the kiosk. When my first payment was due, I had wrote the wrong due date down, and even after I realized it was past due, I kept forgetting to make a payment. I was EXTREMELY pleased with their flexibility because I'm unemployed & have limited income...they were VERY helpful & reasonable. My only complaint is that it was too hot inside the building to do anything but drop items off & leave (in the old unit, anyway...I haven't done much with the new unit)...the temp was almost definitely the highest possible temp that can be considered climate controlled, but I'm hoping the new unit will be better since it is closer to the middle of the inside of the building.. read more

I found this location, by doing a search for storage facilities. This facility is "THE BEST" storage facility I've ever used! When I initially walked in to the front office, I was shocked. The front office is very nicely arranged with a coffee station, and professional sitting area! The buildings were a very comfortable temperature; and, as you walk through the different sections the doors lock in the open position! This is a feature, I've never seen before. And, it truly made a difference with bring in a lot of household furnishings. And, Justine assisted me. Her professionalism, friendly courteous approach in providing exceptional customer service was the icing on the cake! This place is hands down my favorite storage location in the Sugar Land area not only for price but also for an awesome staff. The units are all well maintained and kept up with regularly which is greatly appreciated by anyone locking their possessions up there. The staff is second to none in my book. They have been extremely helpful with things ranging from cutting locks to getting the most affordable prices and unit sizes for my needs. I appreciate that they have a section to capture any waters so that it doesn't flood, so they did not flood during the Harvey devastation. Also, the property is always so neat and clean and my storage unit, and surrounding areas, are always so clean. I have recently had to change from one unit to another and I decided to stay with this particular location because the Managers and workers (Justine and Alex) are always so helpful and friendly (even after hours). GREAT customer service and cleanliness are always a huge deal for me and this location is not lacking in either! read more

Here it is,,,Very clean,very secure property,climate controlled,some non climate controlled... The person that helped me,Cody, was super efficient and engaged...Actually wanted the best unit for me at the best price...He showed me that some units that were smaller cost the same as one larger depending on availability..Well,,no contest.I got the larger unit,with free lock,free 1mo ins,and free truck for moving...It was quick,easy, and compelling..OK compelling for a storage unit...I got it immediately after looking at a few others...TThese guys will keep growing... read more

This is a very nice place. Justine, the manager, is very helpful. The facility is modern and the A/C is good. They have the overhead style doors for even fairly modest sized units and that helps with getting in and out. The elevator is large, the parking lot is plenty big enough and they have enough carts to supply users. They have a front entrance and back exit that makes for a workable route for certain trucks. All in all a really good storage location. read more

Recently moved from our home after 14 years and needed some extra storage space. CW and Justine did a great job helping with information and being so friendly! They even offer a free 4 hour truck rental with move in just pay for gas as long as you stay within mileage allowed. Although, neutral location with prompt professional service, pricing was a bit steep. I recently rented a space and the customer service was excellent. I was able to reserve the Free Truck rental and utilize without any fees or hazzles. I only paid deposit but was returned the deposit upon my return of the truck. I highly recommend this facility as it was clean and well lit at night. read more

The storage unit rental process is quick and easy. Storage Choice is very, very clean. It appears to have cameras covering the entire place to keep a safe watch of the premises. The only difficulty was to catch someone on the premises for the purchase so if you are interested, make an appointment. read more
