Their initial compensation offer was $23. After six months of haggling and constant follow-ups, they finally offered $123. I was exhausted and just took it to be done. To top it off, this was a Texas-to-Florida move, and they were extremely vague about when my belongings would actually arrive. No clear delivery day, no transparency--just stress and uncertainty. If you value your belongings or your time, please do not use this company. A good first impression means nothing when they can't keep track of your property or communicate honestly.

The team lead, James, plus Emilio & Miguel, were extremely careful with our fragile items, skilled at moving safes & oversized heavy items into tight corners while protecting our new wooden floors, and followed directions for where furniture and boxes were to be located.
