The unit is clean and easily accessible However we moved from 3rd floor to main floor with a bigger unit and paid less for the first few months but every few months the price goes up. Apparently that's in the fine print. I'm not sure if this is standard practice among storage facilities but I'd rather move out then to continue this type of inflated price structure read more

I been with this storage facility for a year the price was affordable but like what people say the late fees is the only time I have communication thru my text messages or email one day I had to use the restroom it was occupied and waited for a good 10-15 minutes I keep knocking on the door the lady said a few more minutes I got to a point I went to the office told the front office someone is in the restroom for a long period of time she bang on the door finally door open came out two homeless ladies it looked like they bathe themselves hair wet clothes all tore and the restroom had water all over the floor since I have to be careful with water everywhere I had a fractured kneecap I was recovering from and if I were to slipped and fall hurting myself again that wouldn't be good like I'm dealing with a fractured pelvis waiting for staff to walk read more

This place is sneaky. As a student that lives out of state, had to find a storage for my furniture and my roommates. All of the sudden we get a notice that they will be hiking the price up by $27 on the 10th when move in day is the last week of the month. Of course they would do it a few days before classes start. They know that most students have no choice as they are not locals. Unbelievable they we do that. read more

this place is a homeless shelter (19th Ave and Glendale), no staff ever in the office. they raise your rent shortly after moving in all your stuff bc they know how hard it is to move out. the elevators rarely work. they day I moved out there were 4 shopping carts in the building and someone had urinated in the only working elevator. read more

Don't do Businesa here. I have been dealing with this storage since 2016. Since they became Storage King they have been price gauging their customers. They have nothing to offer, in fact their place is more rundown than ever, bird poop everywhere and dry plants No doubt because they are cheap when it comes to spending. I just moved myself into a smaller storage to save money but the next month my bill went from 88 to 138.40 How do you explain that? I'm addition, they only give you a 30 day notice. I'm sure that all the notice they have to give you but really not enough time because by the time you get the letter 10 to 12 days may have passed. I'm actually going to report them to the attorney generals office. read more

If I could give a zero star, I would. this place is disgusting. The floors are covered with pigeon poop. The doors are constantly broken for months at a time so paying extra to have a unit on the first floor and next to the main door is a waste of my money. The regional manager does not seem to be staffing it properly because when the only person that works there is not able to go to work, there is no one there to cover her shift therefore if you have an issue getting in because your code is not working, there is no one there to assist you. You also don't have no access to the carts, which are kept locked In the office and because the doors don't work, you have to go all the way around the building carrying your stiff Because when a doors remain broken for more than a month. I believe some Fees are raised twice a year. This business is preying on people who have no other options for storage Their increase in prices are not justified when the place is deteriorating in front of your eyes All the vines that were green when it used to be owned by the other corporation, are dead and there is way less parking since Starbucks moved in so good luck finding a place to park on the weekends. Extremely disappointed and may have to move my stuff elsewhere because the price hike for a ghetto looking place is way overpriced. Don't get fooled. Although I have no affiliation and don'y know anything about the one on Northern, I would go they're and compare. They are owned by the same owners as the previous owners of this place. I am disgusted every time I have to go and step all over the pigeon poop which is actually hazardous to your health. Place looks run down and deteriorating faster than I can pay my monthly bill. When I first went in for a storage, the assistant was very disorganized. I ordered a storage online and she tried to have me take a different one in the back of the building because she couldn't find the right key to the one I ordered. We walked through the entire place to finally find one that was in an 'ok' location. Ever since I've had my storage the last year, the prices went up so much! There's always homeless people hanging out in their storages. I've made several complaints about them smoking & drinking in the storages. Sometimes they would be passed out and I'd have to step over them. These are after business hours as well so all I could do is leave a message for the front desk just to have them return my call the following week when they finally check the messages. I've literally have to keep a knife with me because I don't feel safe going there alone with all the homeless people there. I wouldn't be surprised if they spent the nights in their storages. Another thing, they don't send any reminders except that your bill is late and they added $30 to your bill! I do worry a lot about my property knowing there's no security on watch after hours. Especially if the homeless are capable of starting a fire! read more

I started when it was cube smart and I had no issues.... the storage king took over and has been nothing but hassles and price raises. I have a small 5x5 and I'm paying 90. plus late fees cause they will not change my due date... there is a homeless problem. there was recently 15-20 homeless people kicked out fir living there. they also closed off the trash cans.... the carts are in tbe office and they are never onsite.. they have one person working.... I recently called and explained my issues w pricing and was told I can cancel my lease and reserve a new one w a cheaper proce went in and did not finish because I was not able to make a payment till Friday. it was Wednesday at the time... the lady told me she would send me a lease Thursday it is now Monday and I have not heard back she is out sick and there is no coverage and my stuff has been locked out she cancelled my least without getting me a new one and I have been waiting since Thursday can't get a call back... I happened to call the lady's personal and now she is avoiding me. I will be going to the BBB read more

I was going through divorce, so we had to sell the house the person I was married to and I shared, I went to Storage King because their online rates were the best. Sue was super helpful and helped me get a storage unit that would store my stuff. I was only planning on staying for a couple of months. But ended up needing the unit much longer. Every time I came in Sue greeted me with such kindness it was easy to want to stay. When I finally got a home, while I was looking forward to my new place, I knew I wouldn't be back. The property manager (Sue) takes great care in keeping the property safe and free from criminal activity. Because of her, I know my belongings will be secure. I've stored items at this facility for years. The facility is clean and the customer service is amazing. Highly recommend. read more

We have only A+ to this place! Daughter and I went there first. Very helpful and clean units easily accessible and secure. We never had an issue and were there different times of the day and weeks. When my daughter moved out we were able to continue there for a while as we sorted out things. We were always happy to see the front desk personnel and engage in friendly conversations!
