As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

I went online looking for answers and the ai operator tried to gaslight me. There's always someone new in the office and none nearly as knowledgeable as Chris. The front gates have been left open after hours. There have been units broken into, from inside the building. It's not as clean and orderly and a lock is now on the only trash dispenser on the property. You're worried about the trash, and not the safety of me or my belongings!! And your dramatic price hikes, without warning, are criminal. I will no longer recommend this place.

The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee.

This is an absolutely horrible storage facility with shady business practices!…read more My daughter rented a storage unit for her apartment furnishings over the summer, and when we returned for the fall semester, her ENTIRE unit was infested with rats and insects. There were droppings and urine stains everywhere, and the smell was horrid enough to gag a hippopotamus. There was nearly $2,000 worth of damage from all the rat urine and droppings. I had to extend my stay to help my daughter clean out the unit, and we had to replace all of her damaged property. Lou, the attendant at the storage facility, told us he would take care of the situation and issue a refund for at least half of the rental fees. Instead, for the last two months, he has jerked us around and lied to us multiple times. Initially, my adult daughter tried to resolve this with Lou, but he kept dodging her calls and eventually blocked her number. Then I had to get involved, since there was no way for her to contact him. He told me he was issuing a refund for the rent that day. When I called back a few days later to tell him we hadn't received it, I found out he had blocked my number as well. I had to call from four different phone numbers over the course of two-plus weeks, constantly hounding him to do what he promised. Again and again, he said he would "take care of it," but then promptly blocked the phone I had called from. After all of this, he still only refunded a fraction of what he said he would. If you care about your belongings, DO NOT rent from this facility. Check out the other reviews! There are many complaints about rat- and mouse-infested units. To top it all off, the customer service is non-existent. You'll be jerked around, lied to, and have your number blocked so they don't have to talk to you. Initially, I was very patient with Lou, but after two months of dealing with his lies, I am done with this man and this disgusting storage facility. I will be seeking remediation elsewhere.

However, when I went to move things to an storage facility with air condition I found this to be the case. My non profit goes out 2-3x a year to feed the homeless. So we store clothing, shoes, , blankets, hygiene products, etc in the storage. Unfortunately, I had to throw all of the clothes, and several other items away after finding them covered in rat fesses, several baby rates stored in a Ben of clothes and a dead rat in the corner of my storage that had been dead a little while as it had grown maggots. When I asked if they were aware they had rats the employee responded yes. When asked why I wasn't told about the rats upon moving in I was told because take care of them weekly. She then went on to say you had the insurance which covers rat damage. I know hove to postpone going out into the community as we have to start collecting donations all over again. Which is disappointing knowing the homeless population is growing by the thousands daily.
