PLEASE DO NOT KEEP ANYTHING VALUABLE HERE. After storing here for less than 3 months our enclosed trailer was broken into. Our kids quads and dirtbikes were all stolen from the trailer. It is currently 5 days after we were told our trailer was compromised and the storage employee informed me that she is still too busy to look through the footage to provide any information. 10k worth of stolen items- but they have other priorities. After our break in i have had MANY people reach out to me in the same situation. In May an enclosed trailer was stolen with a sandrail inside. In July alone there were break ins with theft of off road toys on the 4th, 12th, 18th and that is only counting those from people who reached out to me. The storage outlet is fully aware of this problem, yet they refuse to provide any night time security. Fair warning- do not store here. read more

Don't look to this place for long term or secure/safe storage. Storing my RV here for almost a year and a half and they have raised my storage fees twice and my gas Scooter that was chained to my RV was stolen after the thieves cut the the fence, and dragged it through the park. No heads up for people to check their property just in case. Another negative is that this place requires you to have insurance on your vehicle and do not provide an option for additional coverage if your unable to aquire full coverage for your 37 year old rv. That means, if your vehicle is damaged or stolen there is no way to recoup your loss and they will not be liable. Additionally, their is no after hours security to verify who is entering the facility so whenever towtruck renters go in and out throughout the night, ANYONE can piggyback and enter. My parents just informed me that their catalytic converter was stolen from their motor home. I am furious. This is the 2nd incident where my parents motor home has been vandalized. The first incident they had their window broken. They have no security cameras in the back and they are well aware of the situation. My dad has discussed this matter with management but they do nothing to rectify the situation. This will be a costly repair for my parents. I am disgusted! I do not live in the area but wish I could pay a visit. I am disgusted of how they treat their paying customers! This is an expensive rental facility and my father informed me they have raised the rent again! We are in the process of finding a new location. Look elsewhere! RV dump station area is always occupied by non RV owners washing their limos , trucks , cars , school buses etc , I now have to empty my black and gray tanks elsewhere, it's rare when dump station is available. read more

They were after the truck battery and tried cutting the cord connected to the battery. They smashed our truck window to pop the hood, glass shattered everywhere. The front desk don't care or try to make the security any better. All they do is tell you to make a police report and call your insurance. I spoke to another tenant, and he said there was another break in last week in a trailer and he is moving out to a safer storage place with stricter security. This place seems to be safe to store your valuables with their security cameras, but it's all smoke and mirrors. read more

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I too was burglarized here. This place is common for burglaries and staff is too incompetent to prevent any further issues with burglaries and break ins. This company does not take anything serious when it comes to security and maintaining customer loyalty. Management is negligent and lacks complete knowledge and skills on how to operate property management. I have lost thousands of dollars in personal belongings due to a break in from a tenant they rented to without any identity confirmation. That same tenant was loose on the property for a copious amount of time breaking into other units and vehicles. Management lives on site to prevent these exact issues but no actions were taken to cease and/or apprehend the suspect with local authorities. Apparently these people (bellflower storage outlet) will rent to anyone with any false identification so that you can get burglarized without any trace to any suspects. These details come from Det. They need better security. The just stole my dad's RV catalytic converter and many more from RV's next to where my dad parks. It will be so expensive to replace. This is the second time my dad's RV has been vandalized. The first time they broke his RV window. The facility takes no responsibility. They need to hire full-time security, get better cameras, and make sure they keep a close eye on the facility. My parents pay a lot of money per month for a coveted space so there no excuse for this to happen. Go somewhere else. read more

Very nice complex and easy access for RV storage. Price is on the higher and but in the area I guess it would be pretty much the norm.

Centrally located to the 5, 91, 105 and the 605 freeways. Hours are 7a-7p but 24 hour access with prior permission by the office. Ice, dumping and washing of your RV available on- site!! Security cameras, motion detectors to protect your RV. Good management and a clean facility. This place is busy and vacant RV spots get sold quick!! So if you want to rent a spot you had better hurry !!!! Overall a great spot. My RV is in good hands. read more

This facility is super nice but with that being said they rent to homeless people that live in their units during the day and and I also know for a fact several units have been broken into by these homeless drug attic's one of them even burnt his own unit up which caused six other units to light on fire. I've made several complaints all to deaf ears. And also they've raised the rent 4 times in the last two years that I've been there and my wife won't even go anymore by herself because of the homeless situation, very scary for a woman. So I moved out and will not be returning in the future I wish I could give them a negative star. read more

My large unit has been broken into TWICE this year. My stored goods have been ransacked. Storage Outlet Bellflower needs to REWORK THEIR SECURITY & SECURITY PRACTICES. They only offer an apology but I believe the community of customers here need to demand more action. 1. No more folk loitering and lingering in this large facility or using this facility as an external garage where shop work or car work can be continued. Immediately the policy needs to be that only a drop off and pick up of stored goods is to be allowed 2. More security cameras need to be installed. Wherever a customer has been burglarized a new camera needs to be installed with a link to a site manager that can stop this type of theft. I've had my RV stored her for over a year, facilities are great. But it seems like every time I'm in there I hear a theft, vandalism story of some sort. Last weekend I got a call saying there had been an incident involving my RV and to come ASAP. I show up 30 mins after receiving the call to find the enclosed trailer next to my RV, had attempted to be stolen and in turn they smashed it into my RV and stole the contents inside and left the rest. Leaving an empty trailer and a smashed RV. I was there for 2 hours and not once did I see an office person or someone to help the situation. While waiting for the sheriffs to went around the premises and saw where the locks and chains had been cut on a fence, in turn I noticed some cameras around and one camera is in the trees that does no good. Sheriffs show up and request camera footage, only to find out with the many cameras around, the area I'm parked is a dead zone! For them raising my rent you'd think everything they advertise would be worth paying, only to find out it's semi-true. They aren't held responsible for anything. Im told the incident happened Thursday night, and I didn't get notified until Saturday late morning. I'm hard pressed to believe not one single camera caught one single thing, as the sheriffs told me they've been there for 9 days straight with theft and vandalism calls. Their solution, a simple sorry that this happened.. Secure place? Nope. Under full surveillance? Nope. If another storage place becomes available, I'll be leaving this place! read more

Positive: It's gated & clean. It serves its purpose as a standard storage facility. Negative: Rent has increased 4 times in 2 years. My first unit was my mom's who had been storing her stuff for years. After she got sick & when I went in, there was rat feces EVERYWHERE!! Hardly anything was salvageable. A while 3 bedroom house worth of stuff had to be tossed & the $300 of insurance money they paid out wouldn't have even paid for one of her 5 fur coats that was ruined, not to mention her sofas & dining, bedroom furniture... I then downgraded to a 2nd smaller unit. It got broken into, only knew that because they called to tell me to come check it, & I was forced to buy another "secure" kind of lock. Yesterday, I went to put things in, after business hours, & saw they added another lock to it which meant I didn't have access. I got NOTHING from them to tell me they would be doing this. I had to leave with a truck full of stuff that I couldn't unload!! Then when I call to complain, they say oh it was added for a more secure lock! We have your keys here in the office. You can stop in to pick them up... You should not just take it upon yourself to lock peoples units without a confirmation email, letter, or phone call to inform them!! It's their stuff!!! Let them decide if they want the new lock!! They said "we tried to call the number on file but maybe it's a bad number." Really- blame the customer?? Well you send the bills by email/ mail & it's paid. You should send that stuff in writing, anyway. Poor customer Service!! read more

This is the worst costumer service I have dealt with. These people close the the office for an hour right before closing to come back and open for only an hour left of normal business hours not cool. It's not right for us to have to work around there schedule to pay our storage and get charged extra because they decide to close office for an hour right before closing of regular business operations. They are just out to get more money no consideration. I am highly upset of there customer service. I can't wait until I am done with this place. Do not go here if you plan on keeping your rv damage free or unburglurized! I have a 24' toy hauler that I pay $150.00 a month to keep in a covered parking spot. The people in the spots next to me, have changed a couple of times. I couldn't say who but the tenant to the right of my spot, hit my trailer damaging the trim and ripping the wall panel from the screws. I reported the incident to the front office and they said that they were not responsible. They said I should confront the person and resolve the problem on my own. A couple of weeks later, I got a call from the front office and they tell me that they think my generator might be stolen. MIGHT BE! It's either there or not! I go down there after work and indeed my generator is gone! It was properly secured and locked. The generator is not light. There were no signs of someone coming in through the fence. There were no footprints in the dirt behind my trailer, suggesting that whomever took the generator entered from the front gate. I contacted the front office and was told that the cameras are monitored by the corporate office. When I contacted corporate, they told me that they would review the footage and call me back. Two weeks later, I have to call them to see if they found anything out and he tells me that he has to contact the storage facility and see if they captured anything on video. They already contradicted themselves. He proceeds to tell me that they did not capture anything on video. They said that my area is not covered. That was one of the most important selling points for us! They assured us that the WHOLE premises was covered by video. The way my trailer sits, should have picked something up from multiple cameras. The times that I have brought my trailer back and wanted to dump the waste tanks I had to wait forever because tenants were washing their personal vehicles. This place is very loosely run. The front office wouldn't come out to see that people are misusing the facility. I will be removing my unit and will tell everyone that I know to stay away from this place! read more
