I've been a customer at Storage Outlet in Bellflower for well over a decade, and they've consistently been reliable and easy to work with. Over the years, I've rented parking spaces for different vehicles and have used their storage containers whenever I needed extra room. Recently I picked up another unit while getting things organized for my next move, and, like always, the process was smooth. Maria, the manager, deserves special mention. She's been incredibly helpful every time I've needed something. She's attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely makes you feel taken care of. It's rare to find customer service this good nowadays. Unfortunately I been a Storage Customer on and off since the mid 90's for both RV and Container storage. A few years ago when the gate hours were 6am - 9pm they had a lot of people living on site that's when all the trouble and vandalism was happening. But since they have changed the gate hours and cleaned the place up (got everybody out who was living there) it is a Very Nice Storage, centrally located, freeway close with Reasonable Rates. The New on site Manager Maria is Friendly, Respectable, Personable and willing to help in any way possible to make your moving a Success. She is also doing a Great Job keeping the place up, everything running and working and with a clean environment. If you can follow a couple rules and Respect the Staff for doing their job, I Highly recommend this facility !! read more

Do not use this place for RV storage if you do you will get all your valuables stolen! Everyone I know has had their RV broken into and for some odd reason they never have footage of the incident seem a bit suspicious. Had all my stuff stolen including all my food without anyone noticing or hearing anything it so happens that were my RV was located they have no security cameras hmmm and were they cut the fence also no security cameras. Can't prove it was an inside job or someone knew exactly how to get in but I haven't been the first or will be the last one they do this too so be aware this place is nothing but a scam for thieves to break into to you stuff and staff will play dumb. STAY AWAY LOST THOUSANDS TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!! Ps when making a police report they treat you like the criminals. SMH read more

Well I barely moved my stuff into storage about a week ago and the people there treat me with so much love I feel like I've known them for awhile. The staff is super kind they greet you with smiles and even give a lending ear when you need someone to talk to. The grounds are very clean and organized and its super large. So bring your personal or commercial equipment and they will have plenty of room to accommodate you. There rates I believe beat everyone this side of town. Words can't describe my feelings whenever I enter the premises of bellflower storage outlet. Don't take my word for it come and experience this wonderful feeling yourself such as the friendly staff Maria by the way she's awesome. The location manager Maria is always extremely helpful and kind as well as professional. Maria is always available when I need assistance.
