We had this account for two with a large storage unit paid them nearly 12,000.00 in that time never late. Then transferred to a different unit and with the pandemic we will unable to pay it on time and were 3 days late paying it. They charged us a 25.00 late fee WOW after 2 plus years NEVER being late. We have decided to close our storage with this company. Will never us them again. read more

Very dishonest staff and money greedy. Was in communication with the manager to offer $100.00 dollar special for the next three months and was tricked into signing a contract. I never received the special and I am stuck with the contract of paying damn there 200 dollars a month. Contacted corporate and they basically told me no such deal existed and even went as far as asking me if I had such agreement in writing! I did not think I'll needed to get anything in writing trusting the Manager and assistant manager. They both lied to me and clearly got away with it and that is the reason I'm writing this review! Rent a storage unit somewhere else. They are untrustworthy so imagine if your storage unit got broken into. I will never recommend this type of business and I will write a review everywhere! Follow up: If my cousin sister brother rented the unit for the discounted rate, It does not matter. I had a verbal agreement with the manager and assistant manager AFTER this! I'm very upset at the current moment with the horrible customer service at this place... Initially when I first acquired a unit here in the middle of March, Kevin was very polite and helpful, now it's a completely different story. I rented two units. On April 1st, I let Kevin know I would only be keeping one of the units because I already emptied the biggest one (I moved into my apartment on April 1st), and even though one unit was empty, I still paid the full months rent on both units... and also, I signed the 10-day notice to vacate the unit on April 1st... He let me know it had to be empty by the 30th... which was fine, because it was already empty... now, he calls me on April 30th at 2pm to ask me if I still wanted to vacate. I didn't get the message because I was at work... Now Kevin is saying I owe for the month of May, even though the unit was empty and the lock was removed by April 30th... He said since no one came to the office to let him know it was vacant, they charged me... Well, that's funny, because I let him know the unit was vacant well in advance... read more

Horrible Customer service, very rude and disrespectful! They discussed a previous customer delinquent balance and what was left in their storage with me. I was volunteered this information and then I was denied a storage rental solely based on knowing the person. I was told by Kevin that I was "guilty by association" (his exact words) Both Argie Menendez and Kevin refused to give me the owner or Corporate number to keep me from making a complaint. I wouldn't recommend renting from this place. By far the worst experience I've ever dealt with. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! read more

My boyfriend was offered a deal for 100 bucks a month for the first month and then 200 bucks for each month thereafter. He was going to move his things out before the 2nd month so he really wasn't concerned about the steep price after a month. The people working there told him that he would only have to pay 100 bucks if he kept his stuff there another month, but he would just have to transfer the storage in my name. Well, the storage was transferred in my name and my boyfriend had to pay 200 bucks! When we confronted these crooks about what they had promised us, they basically told us a bold face lie and all of a sudden had amnesia. My boyfriend would've moved his things into my place sooner had we known these crooks weren't going to make good on their promise! Steer away from these liars! Find yourself a better storage location! read more
