I worked with Alex, the sales manager, and he was very communicative and clear on the process from selecting a unit, scheduling, and maintained contact all the way through delivery day until the container was successfully placed where I needed it. The container was exactly what I ordered- a high cube wind and water tight unit, no complaints! The delivery driver was also awesome! I have a decent amount of space on my property, but he still had to work with it a bit to squeeze my container into the spot I needed it in. He could have just dropped the container as a drop-and-go, like I believe a lot of other companies do (I researched a bit!), but he took some extra time to make sure I was happy with the setup. Raphael set everything up over the phone & texted me several pics of the actual container we were purchasing. I don't know if it is common, but we made the deal one afternoon & the container was delivered first thing the next morning! The driver, George, was right on time & ultra professional. We purchased two cargo 20 ft containers from JR because he gave us he best price and customer service. He was very communicative with answering our questions and concerns. He was reliable and followed through with sending pictures of the containers beforehand to make sure we knew what were getting before the delivery and finalizing the purchase. He also followed through with the sending the invoice when he said he would. We had a concern with delivery since we were having the containers delivered to a rural area and the property had a bunch of things in the way and we were unsure if the driver would be able to make the delivery. We sent him a video of the property which he showed his driver. His driver said he would be able to do it and he did! Driver was very friendly, called us to tell us he was on his way and about what time he would get there. We were all amazed that he was able to driver our two 20 ft containers on to our property. We are very satisfied with he driver and JR's service. JR never told us no and always tried to find a way to help. He did this with the delivery time too we were worried about delivery time window and he said he would check with the driver and try his best to make it work for us and he did. JR and his driver were awesome and super accommodating. Now we were also surprised by the quality of the container. When it arrived it arrived in pretty decent shape and the inside of the containers were even painted and the logos on the outside removed. This is my first time buying a container. I called and received quotes from several companies. Rafael from UBOXIT had the best pricing, a great product, he was responsive, he was incredibly knowledgeable, he had the patience of a saint and really wanted me to be completely satisfied. Since I was shipping this container to Maui, there was a lot involved and a lot of moving parts. Rafael was completely on top of ALL of it. I explained what I wanted to do...I had a 16' POD and I wanted the contents of the POD moved to the container and then shipped to Maui. I needed the container to be delivered on a chassis to my Hawaii freight forwarder in Gardena, CA (Javier - H2O Logistics) who would move and pack my stuff into the container and take it to the port. Rafael not only sold me the container but he also helped me secure the chassis. Then the hard part came...the shipper had a whole list of questions ...container number, dimensions, tare weight, design tare weight, type of container, pictures of the container, pictures of the plate, seaworthy inspection certificate, etc. I was totally overwhelmed ...Rafael saved the day! I texted him what I needed and he took care of ALL of it and got me EVERYTHING I needed. He made this so easy. He worked with the chassis company and with Javier at my freight company. I would give him 10 stars if Yelp gave me that option! If I ever need another container, I would only call Rafael.
