I have been with storage outlet for over 6 years. I did have to shop around in Whittier for a storage unit for a family member and I thought all storages were like Storage Outlet. I was so surprised and disgusted on some of the places I visited. I am very grateful fir Storage Outlet Chino. Unfortunately, I must downgrade my initial review because the A/C by my space has not been working - the entire summer. Attached is a photo of the building thermostat, showing a temp of 91F - and this was taken in a part of the building where the A/C had been working (sort of). The area by my space was so hot that even the workers needed to go outside to cool off. They've only recently started getting estimates for repairs and the office staff tells me it may take another two months to get things fixed? Not the climate controlled space they promised. read more

Great service. Storage is kept nice and clean. Reasonable prices. I once accidently left my storage unit unlocked and received a call from an employee who waited for me to drive back. When i got there he was very patient in showing me how to properly lock my storage unit and we did a walk through to make sure non of my items were missing. This place is great the management is friendly and has a new renter they offered good promotions will save me a ton of money. Management was very helpful and got me in and out in a snap which was important since I was coming in on my lunch break I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean secure storage facility read more

This storage facility is clean and feels very safe. The cost is a bit higher than units of the same size in the area, but I'm happy to pay more and make sure my stuff is secure. Also, the office staff is very professional. I had asked to be put on the wait list and they called me back the day my unit was available. read more

We came in to rent a storage unit and was met with friendly service from Alex. He showed us all of the available options and was helpful when we were deciding which one to choose. They got me my unit over the phone. The staff was very friendly and even helped me figure out what size unit would be the best fit for me. They offer military discount at 10% off monthly price for unit. They offer insurance if you do not already have your own. read more

They were very flexible and offered 2 options. They showed me both storages and I had noticed how organized and clean everything was. From the parking, the office, the pavements, the outside of the storage structures and inside. It looks pretty brand new! They also have dollies and carts to help you. Everytime I go and they see me, they wave and ask if everything is OK. They send me reminders for my monthly payment and answer all the questions I may have.
