    Very friendly service. Very polite over the phone. Its hard to find larger spots here but they were polite and reccomended other spots

Their Customer Care and Delivery Teams were fantastic, including Aaron (who picked up my Zippy Shell container at the destination). I have moved items from the West Coast to East Coast and back several times over the years. It is not easy moving a lot of items over a long distance without paying an arm and a leg or losing/breaking things. Zippy Shell gave me confidence that my belongings would arrive without issue (and it did). I initially signed a contract with a full, comprehensive moving service, but after hours wasted on multiple phone calls/no-shows, I ended up cancelling the service due to lack of reliability and trustworthiness from their staff. In contrast, the Zippy Shell agent on the phone worked to make the service perfect for what were important to me: budget and reliability. I wish I could remember the name of the first person that helped me at Zippy Shell in the Customer Care team. He was fantastic and gave me the confidence to go sign the agreement that day even though it was not the cheapest quote I had received. There are always little hiccups (e.g. the Zippy Shell and Pack Rat systems don't seem to play nice), but Zippy Shell has been fantastic overall! Most importantly, I felt assured my belongings would safely arrive. They will be my first call in the future.

There was a team of 6 that showed up for the job. They were nice and professional. As a matters of fact, their team lead pointed out the crack in the TV after it got moved to our new residence. He assured us we would be able to submit a claim and it would be taken care of. The claim was ultimately denied and they said it's because we can't prove the TV wasn't like that prior to the move. So basically when we did the initial walk through, not a single one of the 6 men noted the crack?Interesting. Read other reviews and do your own research before using this company. It looks like this has happened to a few people.

The moving crew arrived on time on moving day, ready to get to work. They clearly communicated their plan for the day, and took less time than I expected to pack, load, and unload everything. No items were damaged or lost, which is a huge relief! Overall, I highly recommend Triple 7 Movers for anyone planning a move. I have written documentation from Donna stating that delivery is generally 1-4 business days from the first available delivery date. That was completely inconsistent with our experience. It has now been over 8 days, and the dispatch team still cannot tell us where our belongings are or when they will arrive. Every call with dispatch is the same. Jade and Nicole speak like robots, repeating, "I don't have any information to provide. When I have information, I'll provide it." No empathy, no accountability, and no effort to investigate or escalate the issue. They simply repeat the same scripted response while customers are left without their entire household. It appears the company relies on a single driver and truck, and when that driver is delayed, no one has any answers. You're simply expected to wait indefinitely. The biggest problem is the disconnect between sales and operations. Donna made promises that the dispatch and delivery teams clearly could not deliver on. Once your belongings are on their truck, you're completely at their mercy. Beware before trusting this company with everything you own. Our experience was one of broken promises, poor communication, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend choosing a moving company that is honest, transparent, and capable of delivering on the commitments it makes.
