Terrible staff member. Purchased an auction unit. Called with list of rules. Which I followed all. Cash deposit. Paid in full. Signed paperwork. Unloaded unit. Sweep out unit. Wanda then demanded it be sweep out again. Because she saw one screw on floor in a 10×20 unit. Earlier she pressed us for how long when your given 72 hours. I've been with this storage company for about two years now. It's clean, equipment is provided for moving heavy items and the lighting inside the storage building is good. The owners are nice and they were very kind to me as they gave me a break in my monthly rent. I am a senior and this helped tremendously. This is one of the best storage places that I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot through the years! The units are clean and the building is well maintained, and moving devices are offered for ease in moving things from storage to vehicles. I've had to go to my unit several times during this hot summer and I'm so grateful for the wonderfully air conditioned building. Jimmy is the manager here and he's always pleasant and helpful. I've rented here for three years and I'm very satisfied. I highly recommend this storage facility. The price is very affordable as well. read more

During the COVID issues right now, I would expect face to face interaction would be safer . The employee working there doesn't wear a mask when interacting with me. This is a concern since we are less than 6' apart when I am present my payment and receiving my receipt. read more

I do not recommend using this storage facility. My significant other has been a loyal customer since March of 2019 never missed a payment or been late. This location took it upon themselves to charge the credit card on file an u authorized amount of 250.00. This was not my rental fee. The charge was identified as an oil spill. I was aware of the spill and I took care of the clean up within the time frame they requested. It was cleaned up with appropriate cleaner and rinsed off with water thoroughly. Since they claim to have 24 hour surveillance they would be able to see that is what I did. Even though I complied with them they still took it upon themselves to charge the credit card on file without permission. That card is only to be used for the monthly rent. read more

The manager of this location was rude and started cussing at me and called me out he wanted to fight me in front of my nine year old daughter this is the worst way I was ever been treated in my life. read more

This Facility is a Air Cooled Only facility. Yet their pricing Ranks up there with Air Conditioned Units. Also for a 5 X12 unit pricing much higher then other comparable storage Facilities. Would not recommend them and had we not be in a desperate situation would not have Rented through them. We plan on moving our belongings before our 1st month completed. read more

Find another storage facility, bad business operators. Saw people jumping the fence while we were in the middle of storing our items. The manager and her son run this facility and they are very unprofessional. We felt very unsafe and decided to leave a month early. No refund was given... Many other facilities in Boulder city to choose from that are locals and appreciate your hard earned money!!!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They cut my lock, and supposedly disposed of my $1500 LaZBoy couch without any attempt to contact me. Storage unit was paid in full. Extremely rude employees. For myself I have not been struggling in my line of work but I'm sure all the people that are really do appreciate you raising your prices during a pandemic. That alone should show you that they have no heart no matter what the corporate office responds or replies back with. I understand they said if I get renters insurance my rates will go back down by a small amount but the only reason why they're asking for this is because their corporation only cares about the bottom line and not about the people themselves. Which is absolutely they're right to make money but what happened to the good old days of knowing the people you serve and having a heart when most people are struggling during a pandemic. I am sorry that you guys have to spend more money for insurance and that is why you charge people more now, my advice is to still find another place that is more reasonable and they might carry insurance and not have you pay for it. Marcie, I understand it's your job to reply back to reviews and I'm sure it keeps you busy most of the time from what I've read here at this facility alone but I wouldn't waste your time or your breath responding because it's just hot air at this point. Management here is nice and responsive. The place is old, but it is always clean and employees are always visible upkeeping the grounds. I had no problems renting a unit here for 18 months and would rent from them again if the need arises. The one downside is the lighting switches in the hallways are far apart and you sometimes are walking in the dark to get to the next switch, it needs to have motion sensor lighting installed. All in all, good experience. read more
