When I moved out it was the day before my auto-payment was due. They thought they could reverse the charge but it didn't work. so they sent a check. I was so pleased because I doubted that my former storage unit would have done that. My vehicle was safe here. I never had a problem with anything being moved or touched. I never felt unsafe when I arrived to get my vehicle. There is a lot of wind and my van was always dirty--not their fault but just something you need to be aware of. I can live with the limited office hours-just need to plan ahead. 4 stars instead of 5 because there are no lights at night and the location. There is a dump station but it is not in operating condition. My former storage did not allow tenants to use the dumpsters, here they encourage it. I would not hesitate to store a vehicle here in the future.

Joy gave me a tour, explained everything with important details and started the rental process. Her coworker completed it the next day as Joy was off and I purchased the rental insurance for $12.00 a month and I paid a prorated rent for the rest of April plus a onetime account set up fee of $29.00. The next day my family and I moved my belongings in. We reserved their truck from 9:00-12:00, but called to request an extension of two additional hours. Joy upon greeting me at the storage facility, told me we could have the truck until 4:00 or 5:00 pm as there wasn't anyone else requesting it. The facility is nice, new and clean. The units are indoors and heated or cooled depending on the season. I recommend Morningstar Storage. I am a satisfied customer!
