We rented a U-Haul through this location. Pickup was easy since it was all automated, which I…read moreappreciated. However, no one ever answered or returned my calls when I tried to confirm if early pickup was possible. The real issue came after drop-off. We returned the truck exactly at the agreed-upon time and parked it in the same spot we picked it up from, keys locked in the drop box as instructed. The next morning, I got a frantic call saying the truck was "missing." I explained where we left it, but the woman insisted she couldn't find it anywhere on the lot. When I asked if she had checked the lockbox, she admitted she hadn't -- then said she'd call back if there were any issues. I never heard from her again. No apology, no confirmation that the truck was indeed there -- nothing. It was very unprofessional and stressful thinking a U-Haul truck might be missing under my name. Clearly, she hadn't looked properly before calling. If you're renting from this place, make sure to take lots of photos to confirm that you actually returned the truck.

My unit, along with a few other tenants got broken into and they told me that they could not provide video footage unless a police report was made. I cannot tell what is missing because they absolutely destroyed my unit. I'm sure over time we'll figure out what is missing but for now all I know is that someone broke our metal lock and there are cameras everywhere yet nothing could be done. I don't think anything of real value, I don't think but it is just a bit unsettling and really makes you feel violated that someone went through your stuff without your permission. I've rented a storage unit from this…read morecompany since May 2025, and I reserved my U-Haul a week in advance for a 3:00 PM pickup to ensure everything would go smoothly. However, when I arrived at the scheduled time, no one was there, and I wasn't helped until 3:45 PM. I explained that the delay put me an hour behind schedule and asked if she could offer a discount since I couldn't check in online without the keys she had. She responded that she "doesn't work for U-Haul," had other customers, and would not provide any discount--without even offering an apology for the inconvenience. This was especially disappointing considering I've been a customer here for the past six months. While I was in the office, she was also openly discussing issues about people living, cooking, and defecating on the property, which was very unprofessional. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this location.
