During the week I was there the team was very professional and accommodating to their customers as well as us. The driveway was blocked off for a week and they still made sure the costumers were able to get into the storage units anytime they needed. Through power outages and road blocks these folks made sure this place operated as normal as it could and I will say that wasn't an easy task. If you need some place to store stuff this is a place I would highly recommended!!

At no time was I loud rude or confrontational. I remained calm and polite throughout the encounter. I Was informed that my card will not renew until the end of the month and I would have to call to continue for rental for the next month. I formed them I only needed for 1 month only at the time of sign up . Come to find out my card was renewed and charged for the next month. I stopped by and the gentlemen was pretty friendly but the girl, wich I assume was a supervisor, said there billing cycle was 28 days, she was pretty confrontational and was dishonest in her dealings . I was not told that at the time of sign up , I was told it was the end of the month wich any person would think 30th or 31st unless specified and made clear to customer end of month was a different day they go by . All the girl kept saying was there was nothing she can ( more like willing ) to do . I also did not receive a copy of the agreement at time of sign-up either paper copy or emailed wich in my part I should have asked for but typically any good business would give that to you without asking for it . The girl did not attempt to explain the charges or even detail the charges for me . Would not recommend this place. I felt this place is pretty deceptive and confrontational when inquiring about their policy .

Climate control works and I never feel unsafe going here even at night knowing that I'm on camera and everything is gated. They have several different size units from ones you can fit RVs inside to the small ones with offices where you can run your small business they also have climate controlled and not climate controlled to meet your needs when I found them. They were the best price in the area and I randomly check to make sure that I'm not missing a deal somewhere else and they still continue to beat everyone in the area.
