Also the office is locked and empty during business hours so even if you do go in, you can't and they don't answer the phone, so you have to leave a message and they call you back, every time. the chat function is an easy out for them, they just say that they think they lost you and disconnect.

From filling out the form online to get a quote to answering all my questions and producing a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for my building to the unloading to finishing the job, everyone I spoke to were very pleasant and very responsive. On moving day, I was stuck in traffic and took me longer to arrive than expected. I called them to let them know and they informed me that the crew start their clock upon arrival at the destination unfortunately and had to pay extra time, but I understood.
