Go somewhere else. I've been a good customer for 6 years. Recently moved and had our mail…read moreforwarded. Tried our code to enter the gate after hours and couldn't get in. I checked my emails for notices and none were received. I absolutely take responsibility for not contacting them that our address changed and our landline was no longer in use and the possibility that our current CC was expired. I called and spoke with the woman who has been there for years and whom I've dealt with before. I updated her on our move, that our CC may be expired and that we received no email or mail, that I was concerned and apologized for the lack of communication. She was so freaking rude. 6 years without missing 1 payment!! Honestly, once I have the time to clear out that unit I will do so. Not only did they lock us out of the gate but our storage unit as well from what she told me. As a small business owner I absolutely fear bad reviews and can't ever recall giving one. Go somewhere else if you can. And that woman who runs the office should find another job that doesn't include customer service. And BTW to the owner, manager or whomever reads this...not only did we move but since that move, my son (a Veteran) almost died, was in the hospital for a month and my sister has stage 4 cancer for the 3rd time so I've been a bit distracted. Life can tend to get in the way of things. As I mentioned after 6 years of being a good customer maybe your office person would have thought something was up...again as a business owner I understand being ripped off but I would never talk to a good client like she spoke to me. And...I received no emails. Now I'm done ~

And I noticed after they were done, and I had tipped them $100, I reached out to the owner but never got a response back. I would like my $100. Refunded to me if you hire this company, check every piece that they move before you pay them.Because if they break anything , they will not tell you.
