I realize this is a company issue, local staff have little control. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND SECURE A FIRM CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING. We are very happy with the location and spent so much time organizing our unit which holds sentimental items hoping to pass on to our children. I would hate to have to go through the ordeal of moving everything out, but if they try to increase our price again in a few months, we may have to I truly wish we did more research before choosing this company OR secured a better contract. I hope they consider making some honest changes and stop this deceitful pricing increase. An honest business will always be the most profitable in the long run.

The owner was one of the men and he hardly did anything. There was one young guy who was the only real mover. The other man, although polite, was quite old and huffing and puffing. They ended up breaking a piece off of my mother's dresser. Of course they said it was there. I feel they took advantage of me as a single woman. When they were there, he charged me more money to take the furniture up the front steps because he said, "I didn't know there would be steps" They did not stay the full 3 hours and charged me $1,800. A complete RIP-OFF. AVOID! I've used other moving companies and never had this issue. Thieves in my opinion.

I can't speak to the efficacy of the packing job since it will be a few months until we retrieve things from storage but based on my interactions with this company I expect any damage or concerns will be handled professionally.
