As time passed we were able to downsize and didn't need the unit any longer. Due to a misunderstanding (on my part) our move-out didn't go as smoothly as it should have. Not only did Nancy help us correct my error, she refunded some money that she really didn't need to. We would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend their services!

Do NOT rent a unit here…read more About a month ago I received an email saying that I need to come down for an inspection within the month - there was no explanation as to what the inspection was for, so I assumed it was a standard inspection, though I felt that that was odd as I had only been renting for about 3 months at this point. I come down for the inspection to find my unit completely filthy with rodent droppings everywhere. I was so shocked at the lack of preparation and quality of the storage. Upon seeing this I clearly told the manager Damien, that I would be clearing out my unit immediately. He tried to assure me that there they may be able to "work something out" with corporate if I keep in close contact with them. So, after sending in my insurance claim, I called the storage where another worker told me to send an email to the manager through the address that they gave to me and that I should expect a response by the end of the week. Of course I don't receive a reply so I call the following Tuesday and the manager confirms that the email had already been in his inbox. Moreover, he now tells me that I should not expect much from corporate anymore. Given that my belongings stored were the exact same as when I had it stored in U Haul storage for over a year (both indoors), I know for a fact that it cannot be my storage items that are the cause for the rodent damage. There is no compensation or responsibility taken by Warm Springs Self Storage and the only response they give is to contact the insurance that I had through them. I would strongly recommend against this storage facility and go with a more competitive facility in the same region, of which there is plenty.

We had to move out our entire first floor. Like most people, I thought my best option was PODS. So I booked them. However, another family on our street was remodeling too. I saw an Endeavour Storage container on their driveway and called for a quote. PODS was going to charge me $319 a month for a 16 foot container. Endeavour-$95 a month for the exact same size!!!! Our Endeavour container just got picked up today after we decided to keep it for 2 extra months so we could do our garage. Over the course of the 8 months, we saved almost $1800!!!! Not to mention that the customer service was exceptional with Endeavour!!! After going over budget on the remodel , it was nice to save a lot of money on our storage container!!!!!!
