They explained thoroughly the process of renting a trailer and what to expect while driving. Hooked it up less than 10 min. and I was on my way with paperwork, less than 15. When I dropped it off not only 2 days late, but 5 min before Strand Storage was closing. And to top it off, I interrupted the dinner break of 2 of your team members. They were very kind and helpful while calming me for being late. They were the reason why I used Uhaul again making this " clean out " day a lot easier by renting one of your vans. The moving crew plainly admitted it was their fault. John immediately became very cold and made me file an insurance claim, then strung me out for 6 months while I continuously tried to get an update on the claim. After about 6 months, John stopped returning my communications, and I wound up filing a complaint with the BBB. There are many moving companies out there that I'm sure are reputable before and after the move. This is not one of them. Beware.

We are a family that recycles everything we can. Gotta try to help the environment! This is made…read moremuch easier with this recycling center that is conveniently located in Carolina Forest. They take just about anything as well as household garbage. Besides the usual plastics, glass and cardboard, I can clean out my house (I'm a pack rat) and be conscientious about Mother Nature. Household electronics, batteries, used oil, bulk waste, tires can all be recycled here. They also collect used clothing (not sure who benefits from these donations). The center also has very convenient hours (see photo of times). The workers are helpful and friendly and help locate the proper receptacle to use. They also keep this center neat and clean. Overall, a household chore is made much easier due to this facility.
