Everyone gets an access code to enter the building when they need to and there is a door on the side of the building that would make it very easy to unload and load anything that you've stored. Different options for sizes for storage units. You have to buy a lock when you get there ($10) to secure the pull up down on your storage unit, otherwise, it is unsecured. I am sure you could bring your own locks, but the ones at the facility seemed to be reasonably priced and secure.

I was on the phone for an hour and eight minutes, then decided to hold my place by in line by pressing one as they suggest. I am now awaiting a call back and they said it could be up to a couple of hours. So I went to PODS.com to do the live chat, yet another waste of my time! It's an AI function and has no idea what you need. 10 minutes later, you can switch to associate which will take a couple of hours to call. I will not recommend PODS to anyone. This is really a shame because the people who dropped it off, picked it up and dropped it off at my new location were absolutely amazing!
