Both times i've been to extra space storage i have been told to leave the office and stand outside for 30 minutes to a hour in the blazing heat! Not to mention we had to park in the parking lot of Tractor Surplus and walk up the hill, and this time we couldn't even get up to our unit because they had the parking lot blocked off. And immediately when i get sick of waiting for over an hour they chase us down and ask us not to leave. Needless to say, i will be canceling my unit and will find one elsewhere.
