They advertise rentals a what would be a bargain rate and, actually sign you up for the rate. While you think you are getting a good deal, within two to three months of signing the rental contract the price basically triples. You say your rates increase based on market conditions. Well, I find it hard to believe that market conditions could change that much within a 120-day period of time. In my case it was from $80.35 to $162.05, more than double. This is trickery and deception. I am not sure if this practice is legal, but I am working diligently to find out. If there are no legal ramifications, I will spread the word on every social platform available to me. Sunshine/light is the best disinfectant in the world. I will shine the light on you!
