What makes this even worse is that no one notified me about the issue. I have children, and now I have to worry about possible health risks from exposure to rat droppings and viruses. Thankfully, the rats didn't destroy my property since I don't store food in the unit, but that does not make this situation acceptable. Now I'm left without a storage unit and dealing with a disgusting mess that could have been avoided or at least communicated properly. I've attached pictures so people can see for themselves. Last year, in August 2024, I rented a 10x10 storage unit for $124.20. By the end of my lease, just over a year later, my bill had increased to $236.20. It is unacceptable that the rent for my unit was raised every 2-4 months, under the justification that your rates were "matching current market rates" -- a claim I believe to be inaccurate. In comparison, locally owned storage facilities typically adjust rates annually or every other year, not multiple times within a single year. Additionally, upon moving out, I discovered that the walls of my unit were marked as 9x10. I signed a contract for a 10x10 unit, and I believe I am owed a refund or adjustment if the unit I rented was indeed smaller than advertised. Between the continuous, frequent rate increases and the inaccurate unit measurements, I am extremely dissatisfied. I intend to report this matter to the Better Business Bureau and seek clarification regarding any refund or adjustment owed. Given the issues I experienced, I consider my time with this storage facility a regrettable use of a year, and I will not be returning as a customer ever.

I received a call from Sasha, to let me know my unit (inside) had been broken into and that they drug my safe out into the hallway and cut it apart. NO ONE HEARD OR SAW ANYTHING. NO SECURITY. After we met with the detectives, we came to find out this is not the first time this storage facility has been hit. Hint NO SECURITY!!! The day after the robbery, I received a call from Tricia (manager) to tell me that my payment needed to be paid and that they had a rate increase and she would be KIND ENOUGH TO WAIVE THAT FEE.
