Being new in the area and not knowing where to find a good place to buy store fixtures and display cases can be a daunting task. I was in talks and making arrangements with another place initially and thought everything was good to go. I come back a couple of days later to place the order and make the payment, turns out they didn't have everything I needed on my order in stock!!! It would be another 4 weeks to get the rest of my display cases!!! I did a quick search and found Store Display Fixtures. I figured I'd pay them a visit and see if they can help out. It was worth a shot and I'm borderline desperate! As it turns out, they should've been my first and only place to have talked to!!! They have everything I needed in house and they are stocked deep!!! I was greeted by Mickey and told him what had happened with the other place. He took everything in my list and gave me a proposal on the spot! What excellent customer relations and he made sure that I was at ease with my needs!!! They understood my timeline and was scheduled for Monday or Tuesday delivery because they're quite busy and their crew needed some time to assemble everything. That was Wednesday when the order was placed! I get a call from Mickey the following day, Thursday to tell me they can make delivery on Friday if I want it!!! Yes!!! They got my display cases assembled and delivered 3 days ahead of schedule!!! How's that for excellent service!!! I know this review is long winded but when praise is due because you were provided with a service that exceeded your expectations, you have to spread the word!!! Alright, so this place came highly recommended from Anime Pop in Addison. This review is a mixed-bag in terms of the trajectory perspective of a business or a personal collector looking to keep their valuables safe and sound. The first facet I would like to address is the service and friendliness. Iris, the Sales Rep, was pleasant and helpful with the plethora of queries departing my lips. Her Floor Manager, however, was no so courteous or friendly. His tone was acute, quick, and decisive. A salesman with little to no tactician attributes whatsoever. The second facet is the prices. Now, for a business this store is excellent. When buying in bulk, you see a nice discount (or so I am told from Anime Pop). For a personal collector in a home or apartment--no so much. Their prices are step by glass display standards: 6' x 4' was just under $800 for delivery/$700 without. I have purchased glass showroom cases in the past from LA and Orlando (nicer stores actually) and the prices were a bit less. Not significant but enough to definitely notice your wallet not setting ablaze. The last facet is the location's showroom size. It is rather small, clunky, and a bit of a smorgasbord. All-in-all I would not recommend them to a personal collector, even if you have a Scrooge McDuck Coin Vault. There are other solutions out there besides them. Unfortunately, I may wind up going back for two 20"x20" cases for my lighter Anime/Manga figures. Updated on 2/23/17 I decided to return to the showroom out of an urgent storage display need for some of my more expensive, rare statues and busts. Sal helped me out with a 70" walnut vision case/cabinet. So happy to have something solid and elegant looking for only $217. Beat that Ikea! Collectors often go with the PAX or Besta options from Ikea, which cost $430+ for one unit. Um ... NO. read more

This place is not good they're GREAT!! The company I work for has been using them for the past few years and we can't say anything bad about them. Iris has been taking care of our account for years. She is always quick to respond to emails and always returns my calls as soon as she can. We have used their delivery and install service for many of our store set ups and they are always on time and do an amazing job. The showroom in Dallas has a lot of the items they sell on display so you can get a good idea of how they will look in your stores. This place was awful! Our order was wrong and one of the pieces was damaged. When I call to straighten things out, Iris was very rude and continued to place blame on us. She said that she would fix our mistake for a 25% restocking fee and the replacement piece would come assembled and we would need to deal with it. When i asked to speak with her boss, Rick things went down hill. Rick was of no help and told me i obviously like to "bitch and complain"and his employee was in the right.
