Saving a few bucks isn't worth trying to do business with this company. I tried to order twice from them and I have experienced in both case the worst custom service. The first time, I had to call them multiple time to have an update on my order. They tell you they will call you back, they don't. The order ended up being canceled because they weren't willing to ship to a storage unit. Fair enough. I ended up buying from a different company with no issue of communication or shipping. I tried to order from them again ( a different item) on Mars 19th to be shipped to my home. You will receive an automated confirmation email but nothing after that. Once again I had to call them to inquire about the status of my order. Once again I was told I would receive a call back, which didn't happen! I call them again and the same issue arises: "someone will call you back " they said . They never did. The third time I called I was finally able to talk to someone who checked on the order and assured me that they will send me a confirmation email as soon as the items are shipped. They never mentioned anything about payment issue! I waited a week, never received anything either via email or through the post office, so I had to call them again. Once again, I was told someone would call me back. It didn't happen. I called again and made sure to let them know that I have called in the past multiple times and that no one ever return my calls. Should I say "luckily" for me this time around someone called me back ? Not so lucky because this is when they decided to inform me that my credit card was declined. Supposedly they sent me an email to let me know, which I never received and don't believe they did one bit! I proceeded to let them know what I think about the way they treat customers and that I won't go forward with that order because it's not worth the trouble! They didn't apologize or anything! This is the type of business they are! They don't care ! Buy at your own risk cause if something go wrong with your order, I really doubt they will lift a finger to help out! People who don't give a crap about doing you wrong aren't worth doing business with as far as I am concerned! I tried to order from this company twice! Each time they don't let you know about shipping unless you contact them multiple times! They don't return phone calls! I placed the last order on Mars 19, called multiple times! It took weeks, until today April 9th to finally have an update on that order ! I finally bought the item from Amazon after wasting weeks trying to deal with this company . A little bit more expensive but I would rather pay more to be treated like a human being! Maybe if you are big company they will treat you better, but small businesses.. stay away! read more

Awful experience, I sent them an email to get help choosing the parts for my displays, no answer, I called the next week and they said the "sale representative" will call me back... Never called, I call again and all I hear is "you have to figure this out on your own mam' " "I don't have the ability to help you mam'" "just use the 4 ways connectors to connect the 3 pieces of glass mam'" "I have other calls to attend too mam'" And I got hanged off on... I had a few issues dealing with this company. 1) The owner/president Larry Kirkwood has horrible people skills. I called to see if we could expedite the shipping process because the store I was buying fixtures for was opening in a few days. I was dealing with his employee Rodger. I called and left a message for Rodger to call me back. I didn't hear back from Rodger yet so I called back 20 minutes later to see if he was was off the phone yet. Larry tells me I am not going to get anywhere by stalking him. I said Excuse me I called 20 minutes ago and he flipped out. He kept screaming at me and spoke to me like S**T! I have never dealt with a man as rude and belligerent then Larry. 2) It takes about a month to get your product If I could give a zero star I would of. read more

I had a nightmare experience with this company. When I contacted them to purchase shelves from them in April, I was told that they only accepted checks and did not accept credit cards. They cashed my check (more than 10K) and then disappeared for a month with no emails or calls. After calling them several times, their president, Larry, was extremely rude and belligerent, and informed me that to unload I need to arrange for 3 people to meet the truck. It was even difficult to get an estimated delivery time. When the delivery came, I had 3 people present per Larry's instructions, but quickly realized that there was no way we could unload it without other machinery. We made arrangements with the shipping company to unload the next day in early morning, yet Larry had ordered the truck with my paid merchandise back to Houston without telling me, and even billed me for another $2900 for shipping. I have never spoken with any legitimate business where the president would yell "shut up" "f*** you" and threaten "I am going to charge you and I will make you bleed!". Do NOT use this company because they are frauds!! I finally received the freight on July 10th after I paid the company another $3500 shipping fee. It was expected that the quantity of contents were less than what I ordered , and there many damaged shelves were hiding in pallets. I had to ask the company "how this issue can be resolved" , the president, Larry replied "I believe we are done with each other." Don't think you buy used freight from this company can save your money for you, it is wrong! this company will make you spend more money than you should pay and they will give you a big headache. STAY AWAY. These guys are snakes and will promise you on time delivery. We received our shipment (full truckload of used shelving) 4 weeks late. Weather played a factor so 10 days would have OK, but they kept changing the promise date. Worse than anything, despite proof of being shorted 18 end caps they simply kept stalling for over 5 weeks, and refused to fulfill the order that was paid for in advance. PLEASE, PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, even though their prices are good. Ordered fixtures for a delivery to CA. No issues with the service provided by the staff when ordering and paying for the items. Delivery issues. Appointment made with company selected by Store Fixtures, delivery company was sub par on every aspect. It cost me more money for staffing and electrical work. I asked for a refund of my shipping from the freight company and they told me the company that I purchased from was the person I would need to have file the claim. Contacted back Store Fixtures and tried to explain my issues and how the shipping company had told me that the company I bought through would have to initiate any claims he started to accuse me of trying to get something for free. Don't buy from these people unless you can actually pick it up is what seems to be the best solution. Oh and both of the owners can f*@k off for the way you were, continually repeating your "we aren't responsible for the shipping company" line is bogus, you are responsible for the companies you choose to do business with and if you would of let me finish explaining that I wasn't after a return of money from you, you would of understood. But honestly what more do I expect from texans. Edited: Wow. After putting together one of the items that I purchased with no problems, I open the second counter and see that they sent me a used counter where you can see the screws had been put in and then taken out chipping melamine and a couple of the boards were cracked. Very pleasantly surprised with the wonderful customer service I received! When I finally found their warehouse, I wasn't sure what I'd gotten myself into. It's a generic, kinda run down grey building with no clearly marked entrance. I was directed to the office where the salesperson was very helpful and friendly. I didn't call ahead or have an appointment but he was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for at a terrific price. Wish I had checked Yelp first before dealing with this company. The website states 1-2 weeks processing. Actually has been 28 business days and still not delivered. The answer has always been "next" Wednesday... The website shows Amex, Visa, MC and Discovery logos. Actually do not take any of these... Now my order. Oct 10. - Explained I was opening shop on Nov 1st and I will be picking these up myself. Roger said that should be no problem and urged me to go ahead and send payment as they would not start until payment received. Oct 12 - Wired payment to bank account according to quote. Never received an invoice. Oct 24 - Sent email asking about order. Was informed that it was close to completion but it was not the 9-11 business days as quoted. Nov 1 - Sent email. No response so I called. Was told it would be another week. Nov 9 - Sent email. No response so I called. Was told it would be another week. Nov 15 - Email is useless so I called. Was told another week...of course! Nov 22 - Called. No one had answers because owner was out to lunch. Finally, late afternoon, someone actually called me this time. Guess what, "one more week". I sent email requesting to cancel the order and issue a refund. Owner belittles me by saying that I have not sent any emails and that the quote and invoice states that there are " no refunds" and they will deliver next Wednesday... Obviously he does not know the details of my order and that I have arranged to pick these up. Read all the other post about this awful place and do business with some other company that actually do what they say and honor what they advertise. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I am an event planner in Miami, FL and saw a prop that I thought would be perfect for a baby shower I was doing in the middle of November. The website said that the turnover for shipment was a few days and would place me at receiving the item in time for the shower. The item never came. I called the day before the shower and asked why the website stated that I should receive my product within the quoted time frame. The "gentleman" was rude and said it was out of his control and being shipped from Los Angeles a d I was expected to receive the item the following Tuesday. Well, it never came. I reached out last week and the same man was unsympathetic to my concerns and said that he would get back to me with an answer as to where my item was, not even offering a refund at this point. Well, he never called so once again I called the following week and was hung up on after again voicing my disappointment about the lack of communication and care for my undelivered purchase. He asked what i wanted him to do and i was like, "I want a refund!!" I couldn't believe he didn't even off me a refund! AND HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I I called back and another man answered and CURSED ME OUT! Saying F*** this and F*** that! I couldn't believe this guy! I called my husband shaking and then called my credit card to dispute the charge. Such unnecessary stress. I really like the item I purchased too. I could have used them over and over to purchase party props. Such a shame to be treated like this, definitely not the Southern hospitality I expected! read more

Very disappointed. Simple, small order placed - no problem. Was told 10days for delivery. 4wks later, no product, had been billed (without our knowledge, and with no product being shipped yet). Made follow-up call to find out about product delivery, was told they would get back to us. When that didn't happen, called the next day and was told by representative that, "it would be a few days". When pressed, what "a few days" meant, co-owner Larry got on phone and was extremely rude. He said that I was bullying/harrasing his employees and "he was not going to make any money off my $500 order". He wouldn't even allow me, the customer, to speak or explain that all I wanted was an update on my delivery date. He said I could cancel my order, and that's exactly what I did. This place gets ZERO STARS!!!!! I placed an order for a mannequin from them back in December and after a month of not receiving it, I called and they said they were out of stock (which they didn't let me know when the order was placed) and said I should receive it sometime by February. At the end of February, I called and whoever answers phones said he couldn't help me and only Anthony handles these things, so I gave him my info to have Anthony call me back.... HE NEVER DID. It is now the month of MAY, I call today asking for Anthony, this guy says the same thing that Anthony isn't there and he can call me back. So I told the guy he told me this last time, and he starts yelling at me "give me your name and number and he will call you, I am the only one here answering phones, I don't have time to play games, answer the question so I can get off the phone!!!!" I asked who the manager was and he yelled at me again for my info, and as soon as I told him he hung up one me.
