He'll even ask again if I checked-in before I even stepped foot out the door. I finally had to tell him that I am not comfortable with social media knowing my location. He never harassed me about it again. The first time I came here, I was interested in what David has to offer b/c after receiving a letter from the IRS, it feels intimidating and I wanted to be sure to take the RIGHT steps to handle this case correctly. Before coming to Infinity, I read the notice from the IRS thoroughly to be well-aware of my situation and what I can do to fix it. I was told David just started the business and that he could help me with my tax situation when I was well aware I could have taken the steps myself by following the SAME instructions that was listed on my IRS notice. But here I am, helping him market his business. Throughout the times I was scheduled to meet with him, at some meetings I had to give him some papers and some meetings he just spoke in circles. He never once discussed HOW MUCH each step was going to be or if I wanted to proceed with them. Instead, at our LAST meeting, closing up on my tax case, he tells me the fees and changed the price a few times infront of me which makes me feel very uneasy, and it was a grand total of $500. Oh! And then he'll seal up the paperwork and place it in a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope and have you pay for the shipping rate and drop it off at your nearest post office....... My dad had a similar case as me and all my brother had to do was call the IRS line and they'll guide you through the process, FOR FREE!

After the exchange below a conversation was held with the company's owner, Eddie Parise, who when asked for an apology, he refused, but agreed to send me an email, which never came. Additionally my request, the last segment was ignored. If you are looking for a management company for you HOA, I would look somewhere else. Read on.. When I was deciding whether or not to take the contract with Chevy Chase to manage the community, I had a meeting in person and explained the way that I work and that there are certain elements that affect that decision. Your emails to the board, the community, and me are often derisive and nonsensical, without an effort to be helpful or in support of the community.  I conveyed in the meeting prior to agreeing to take the contract, in the presence of many other owners, that I am not going to deal with nonsense and a contrarian attitude from one household.   The minutes are not approved until the next annual meeting, a full year later.  You were present at the meeting and aware of what happened.  Meeting minutes for a year later are not top of my priority list.  Billing, invoicing, a special assessment, major landscaping projects and are more have been pressing and important.  Additionally, you are not aware of the time spent on other matters for the community. Please know that I have reached my limit in responding to emails that aren't helpful and on top of it, are frankly, insulting and not a good use of time.   I will continue to include you along with other owners on community announcements.  Unless there is some HOA matter that I may assist you with, I will not further respond unless an actual issue exists. Definitely not handicap friendly! The owners kept the elevator locked. This location is not in a very good area. These units look like a modern day project! Cheaply made! The decor inside was minimum and nothing fancy! Very plain, cheap decor. The unit itself had one plastic trash bin outside by the garage door, we arrived Friday around 3pm the trash bin was already overflowing and trash everywhere! We had no where to put our trash from the weekend. It was not clean! We paid a lot of money for two nights and we could not enjoy the hot tub or roof top because it was FILTHY out there and the water in the hot tub was disgusting! It smelled terrible. Not enough towels or wash cloths for the number of people that is advertised to sleep in this unit. The towels/cloths that were available were very old and all mismatched. Nothing was nice! Property Management had very poor communication with barely any follow up. We had problems with the office billing us twice for our reservation. It took over a week for anyone to respond about the double billing and very little urgency in returning the overcharge. We are talking over $1000. Not everyone has that kind of money sitting in the bank waiting for a rainy day! Other reviews are not being honest! The pictures posted look better and are not accurate! Maybe the pics were accurate when the property was first opened. Not anymore! The property management did not even try to make things right with us! They received our money and that is all they cared about! I do NOT recommend this property at 2131 Goodrich Avenue # 11, Nashville, TN, 37218.

The space has a cool, modern vibe without feeling over-the-top -- it's stylish but still comfortable. It doesn't feel like one of those loud, chaotic salons where you're just another appointment on the schedule. What stood out immediately was how intentional everything felt. Instead of jumping straight into the service, we actually had a real conversation about what I liked, what I didn't like about my current look, and what would realistically work for me day-to-day. I appreciated that honesty. I wasn't sold a dramatic change just for the sake of it -- the suggestions were practical and thoughtful. During the appointment, there was serious attention to detail. No rushing. No distracted energy. You can tell there's experience behind the chair. The final result looked polished but still natural -- like the best version of my hair, not something that felt forced or trendy for the sake of trendiness. What I liked most was walking out feeling confident, not just "freshly styled." There's a difference. The cut grew out well, the styling tips were actually useful, and I didn't feel pressured into buying products I didn't need. If you're looking for a place that blends skill with a relaxed, confident atmosphere -- not overly salesy, not overly dramatic -- this is it. I'll definitely be back.
