I would not suggest storing your items here unless you have some written guarantee from them that the rat thing is under control. (Renter's insurance rarely, if ever, covers vermin and rodent damage, so we had to buy all new stuff at our own expense.) The manager was unapologetic to say the least.

I raised this issue and was told a district manager would call me to discuss and make an adjustment. That call never happened. No district manager could spare five minutes to contact a long term, consistently paying customer. The on site service was just as bad. One employee, Amanda, was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and rude, making an already frustrating situation worse. Her behavior was completely inappropriate for a customer facing role. In contrast, Ashley was the only employee who showed professionalism, courtesy, and basic decency--and she deserves credit for that. Overall, this location demonstrates predatory pricing practices, terrible customer service, and zero respect for loyal customers. After two years of dependable business, I was treated as disposable. I would strongly caution anyone considering this location to think twice, especially if you plan to stay longer than the introductory rate period.

When I showed up to access my own property, I was told I was not allowed on the premises and that I would be arrested. Staff attempted to treat me as a trespasser at a facility where I was an active paying customer. During the same period, I raised serious concerns about security and unauthorized access. I later discovered signs that my unit had been entered without my authorization. I also became aware of statements made to the fire department about this situation that, in my view, were inaccurate and used to justify actions against me instead of addressing the underlying issue. Communication from management was inconsistent and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the facts first, the facility escalated by restricting access, threatening arrest, and pushing a trespass narrative. Because of the severity of what occurred, I have already filed a lawsuit in court regarding this matter. Customers rely on storage facilities for basic security, lawful access to their own property, and professional treatment. My experience at this location failed on all three. I cannot recommend this facility.
