We have no record of this order..... we can take the order it will be 60 to 105 minutes before we can satisfy it...... not the first time we have enjoyed this experience. I believe that someone put to much trust in the individual that answered the phone! I completely understand the timing and the overload of business on this particular day but the lack of accountability is far from acceptable.......
