Thankfully I took pictures before we left and had the timestamp to prove when we dropped off, but it took days to get that verified by uhaul and the charges reversed. Then, we got charged a $30 fee for the "outstanding" fees that our account showed while uhual took those days to figure out the situation and correct our bill. ALL of this could've been avoided if the guy who checked us in did his job. I will never rent a uhual here again and I highly recommend using one of the many other uhual pick up locations in PF if you need a truck in the future.

And make sure to read all of it because if you just answer a question based off of them reading it to you then you are the one who will be deemed as "falsifying" answers in the contract. I was upset but trusted them to increase security and prevent it from happening again but that was not the case. A couple months later another window was broken, my bicycle that was inside was stolen, and an item was left inside that was likely stolen from another customers vehicle. I sent over an email asking about rates and she wrote back to me super quick with a full breakdown of all their units as well as RV and vehicle storage. I didn't write or call for a couple weeks but when I finally did she remembered me and got me all set up. The facility itself is very secure and each unit itself is secured from the others (the space at the top of the wall is chicken wired to stop people from climbing from one unit to another. There are A LOT of security cameras and they are super clear. The only downside I have is that I wish all of their lots was fully paved but it's kind of a mix of gravel and dirt but it doesn't effect driving or anything. Max storage kept wonderful communication about a temporary closure for repaving and reached out to us after we moved out of the unit to confirm we were done with our rental unit. We had a temp controlled 5x10 unit shared between 3 students. We had to provide our own lock which I was able to buy at the Max Storage office. We paid $75/ mo x 3 months, and they prorated the first month since we moved in mid- May. We will definitely be using Max storage again next summer!
