I'm so sad to see a few bad reviews on here. I've been here with THREE pregnancies, and the lady who runs it is truly amazing! She cares SO MUCH, and will do anything to get good pictures! She always goes above and beyond. There was also a scare I had with a little bleeding. I really wanted to go in without having to have a whole hospital trip. I went in, and she reassured me everything was fine. She gave me the BIGGEST piece of mine!!! SO GRATEFUL! It was CRAZY to see the pictures of our baby, especially after he got here! I highly recommend you visit and get a 3D ultrasound for your baby at Stork Vision in Grapevine. We are having our first baby and at 25 weeks pregnant we were very curious to see how our baby looks. Our session with Jacqueline was excellent A+++ service and attention to detail and very patient. She did a better more thorough job than the nurses at the OBGYN. We were able to clearly see the baby's face, arms, legs, hands, feet. It was amazing. We got the premium package photos, video, plush animal with thr baby's heart recording. And an awesome gift bag. I booked an appointment with Stork Vision online and it was an easy process. I liked that they have a calendar which shows you the week for best views of your baby. I was also able to pay for the service while booking the appointment. This business is located in a shopping plaza with Jake's and a farmer's market. The office is small, but there is enough space to accommodate several family members who may want to enjoy the ultrasound. When you arrive, they will ask for an appointment card from your obstetrician to ensure that you are receiving prenatal care. The process of viewing my baby in 3-D ultrasound was very enjoyable. We got several good pictures of him and they were uploaded online and the best ones were printed. The picture I received with the best view of his face is actually very similar to what he looks like in real life. You can also get a video clip of your baby. I would definitely recommend getting one of these fun 3-D ultrasounds because it is a chance to see what your baby looks like while they are still in the womb. read more

FIRST, The lady is super nice, but my review is targeted at value of purchase, and this is way over priced for the product. I got the $125 tiny tots pkg, the bed is uncomfortable and I couldn't see over my tummy and boobs, I hardly saw the screen of my baby. The photos I got sent home w look like black n white blobs for images. Im 31 weeks which is in the ideal window for the shoot, but it didn't work out for us. To spend that kind of money and walk away with those images is frustrating and annoying. It's not their fault baby doesn't cooperate, however, knowing the risk the price should be around $50 so it doesn't sting as bad when photos don't work out. We spent 30 minutes in a session but baby was not having it. Baby would put her hand and then foot in front of her face when the scan was trying to get pictures. Was this the baby's reaction to the heat? We didn't get any good clear pictures. We paid for a premium package and didn't get any pics worth sharing with family. I later read the baby's can have adverse reaction to hear caused by 3D/4D scans and that we should opt for the short exposure to the scans. Wish I would've known beforehand. Not sure I recommend this to other moms. Perhaps opt for the shortest scan. read more

Going here was a mess from the moment i booked it. Online i clicked "book now" which led me to a page of what looked like specials, on there i saw a package stating "3 black and white photos, 1 4x6 color photo, 10-30 online photos and a free redo if baby can't be seen". This is what i booked and wanted, i get to the location and the sign pointing you to the location is pointing in the wrong direction so it takes my husband and I a good 5 mins driving around and another 5 walking to find the location. We get in and the office is as small as a closet, there's a "waiting room" outside the office with 1 small couch where you can hear others in the building down the hall talking and can smell cleaning fumes coming from whatever this other business attached was doing. If you had more than 3 people together you wouldn't even be able to wait comfortably. I asked the tech if the online statement that returning customers get 15% off is true and i told her i went to stork vision dallas, she tells me they're not "affiliated" yet online it says they are. The woman calls us back and all that there is for my husband and child to sit on is a wooden bench, no couch or comfort at all. The ultrasound comes and goes and i get about 1 clear pic of my son but besides that all blurry and just a waste of money to be honest. It lasts maybe 10 minutes but i wouldn't know because i wasn't allowed to record an ultrasound i paid for. I leave and i await an email with 10-30 photos and hours go by with nothing. I email the location asking where the photos are and i'm told that wasn't apart of the package. She tries to call me 3 times while i'm our instead of just emailing me back, eventually i get an email back and she sends me a screen shot of their pricing and what it includes. I then send the screen shot down below and finally she says she will give me what i paid for. Send me what? Blurry pics that i know my son doesn't even look like ‍ i recommend going to Stork Vision Dallas. read more

I booked this appointment as a gift for my husband because with all the COVID restrictions, he hasn't been able to come to any of my doctor's appointments and he's been a little bummed about not getting to see our little girl. My parents came in town for a couple days and I decided to go ahead and book so they could all see her. From the start, it was such a pleasant experience. I'm big on communication and both of the ladies I dealt with were wonderful. They sent me a text the morning of the appt with tips on how to find them, recommendations to get better photos, etc. We got some great photos and seeing her in action was so nice. The most special experience. Our little girl was hiding at first- luckily the day was open so we were able to get lunch real fast and come back. Afterwards our baby girl was in a food coma with her mouth wide open- we were all laughing so hard. The lady was so friendly, knowledgeable, and tried her best to get the best photo possible. My experience with this location was average. Customer service was good for the most part, but I was disappointed at the price I paid for my 3D ultrasound. The images were terrible yet I still had to pay over $100. I wish they had a deal where if they can't get clearer images, the price would be less. But, they charge you the same price regardless of the results. So pretty much I paid over $100 for crappy 3D images. read more

We got to find out the gender of our little baby boy at 14 weeks!! He was so stubborn and we had to come back an hour later but the ultrasound tech was soooo patient and tried so hard to find it and was able to at the last minute! We are so so thankful! read more

I went in a bit later than recommended, (34+ weeks) so I knew the results would vary since the baby is much larger at this point. We were greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk, paid and filled out some paperwork, the usual motions. We waited only about 2 minutes to be called in. When we went in we were greeted by Irene, whom I had made the appointment with and was informative and friendly over the phone. It was no different in person. :) She remembered speaking with me and immediately made me and my boyfriend feel comfortable. Now the sonogram is done on a large comfortable bed. Long story short, my little one was being difficult and wanted to hide, so pictures were limited BUT Irene had me move, stretch, etc to see if he would let us get pictures. I paid for a 15 minute session but Irene spent about half an hour working with us to get the best pictures possible (we also received more than stated on the package!). She made this a wonderful experience for us both. Relaxing, fun, personable, and we were not at all rushed. Thank you very much Irene! 5 stars all around. read more

This place is wonderful! The girls that work there are so sweet and really informative. We got really great views of our baby. Our doctor does 4D but the prices are doble so we came here, and we are so glad we did. We have been to a different place (not stork Vision), and were really disappointed. geez I don't even know where to start with this woman yesterday I left reviews about how my experience went it was the worst experience ever honestly terrible photo quality that photo shots she did not even try she was extremely lazy at trying to give us Great photos the actual prints were really black I couldn't even see anything or make anything out not even squinting I spent $130 I did not even get most of what I paid for in the damn package as I have read on here and elsewhere there are a lot of people dealing with the same problem with her but then again she wants to blame it on our body the baby the fluid where the tissue she's pretty ridiculous sooner or later she Hass to get caught for scamming a lot of people she called me today about how she wanted to make things better and I told her I already went to Dallas I paid them way less and got amazing photos so going back is not going to work she wanted me to delete the reviews and she would refund me so I did that and when I tried to call her back she freaking blocked me so then I have to call her on my husbands number and they answer and I clearly told her I was leaving the reviews again so that other people know what she's about and I will have no other option but to dispute the charge with my bank be aware don't waste your time or money with her read more
