Beth Botlz is the owner and was the instructor for this session. She is super nice, I enjoyed learning how she opened this studio and her personal fitness journey. The other classes offered are, Barre, Yoga, TRX, and regular Body Sculpt. There is free street parking and a parking lot behind the studio. All first come first served of course so be mindful of your timing so you won't be late to class while looking for parking. All you need to bring is water + a sweat towel.

Two stories and it looks very new and well maintained. They have a wide variety of equipment, which I loved. I was especially excited to see the hill climb rope machine (not sure of the exact name, but it was cool!). I've never seen one in a gym before, so that definitely stood out. I saw someone spill water on the stairs, and the staff cleaned it up right away, which made me feel like they really stay on top of safety and cleanliness. The only downside for me was parking. It was pretty limited. I noticed someone parked on the curb, and honestly, I got lucky because someone pulled out right as I arrived. Otherwise, I probably would've had to do the same. Super clean facility with friendly staff that greets you as you walk in. Compared to other gyms and/or other locations, they have less or missing assisted machines, perhaps this is a smaller location? They definitely have plenty of smith machines, treadmills, bikes and ellipticals. Members at this location seem polite and more often than not wipe down their machine after they're done. Seats and pads seem to be changed out as soon as they begin showing signs of cracking. Would recommend this facility due to the cleanliness and upkeep.

I am 81 years old and I take classes for balance, cardiac and strength building several times a week. The instructors are knowledgeable and the group is friendly and welcoming. Best of all the classes are covered by my health insurance. Try it, I highly recommend it !
