This was my first day so I was pretty much lost and trying to watch what everyone else was doing. I was surrounded by at least 30 people who were so helpful when I wasn't doing it correctly. It's nice to have others around you that have your back. This place did kick my butt and I'm having a hard time lifting my arms but it was worth it. It's such a great feeling being sore after a workout. Definitely recommend coming here.

The workouts mix cardio and strength and they aren't terribly hard. It's mostly beautiful women, but there are a few men sprinkled into every workout. I usually go in the morning. I like it better than crossfit because the trainer doesn't yell at you for "motivation." Also, did I mention the beautiful women part?
