About 60$ a month and no commitment, pay on the first for the month no startup fees either. So that's awesome. The whole gym is no nonsense. Lots of benches and platforms only one cable machine though. My only concern was for my leg day. I didn't see a Hacksquat machine or angled leg press, no abductor machines either. A great place but I don't think it fits If you have a strict leg day (plenty of bars for deadlifts and squats but you'd need to bring your own cushion for hip thrusts.

The owners' background in law enforcement brings a level of structure, discipline, and safety that gives me complete confidence as a parent, while still creating a positive, encouraging environment for the kids. What honestly makes this place special is the family atmosphere. From day one, my kids felt welcomed, supported, and part of something bigger. They have genuinely gained an extended family here. In just five months, my 4-year-old has grown not only in skill but in confidence and is already preparing for a grappling tournament in May!! Whaaaat?! Huge kudos to Coach Randy for his vision in building something so impactful, Coach Phil for truly becoming part of our family, and Coach Wonka--hands down every kid's favorite. I felt welcomed and everyone there were all really cool guys who were extremely knowledgeable and helped me with technique, positoning, they all literally answered every question I had! The only reason I give 4 starts is because there is a 40$ drop in fee which after buying a rash guard to support the gym means 95$ for a class and a souvenir. I'd love to go again but at that price it just is too much for me unfortunately but I would 100% pop in for a class again next time I'm down here! The coaches also encourage the older students to help with the younger kids and it means that the boys are getting help not just from the coaches, but from older kids they may not have interacted with before. Essentially, you always have two personal trainers at your disposal. That's unheard of. 3) the vibe there is perfect... challenging, but not overly serious. Instructors are fun, energetic, and encouraging. 4) Constant community events.
