But is the company reputable? And do you really want to go with a relatively new company even if is owned by your buddy. He decided, no. Newman is competitive with hundreds of 5 star reviews. He went with Newman. Subsequently we had a hail storm and neighbors were advising us to get our roof checked out. Our roof was 20 years old. I wanted to be honest with the insurance company and not submit a claim unless Tyler from Newman, who came out to give us an estimate, was sure we needed a new roof and we suffered damage beyond normal wear and tear. Plus we had 2 houses. Well one needed a new roof and the other one likely has another couple of years left. As an aside, if you turn in a claim to your insurance company, even if it is denied, you risk higher premiums or cancelation. That is why it is important to have Newman Roofing spend time assessing. In our case, our roof was more wear and tear with minimal hail. Dan and his guys were on time, even early. Weather has consistently been in the mid 90's. I was worried. But Newman keeps them well supplied with hydration. 14 man crew meant lots of vehicles, even a dump truck but they were minimally disruptive to our neighbors. Furniture moved, netting put up to minimize construction mess on house and garden areas. And then they went to work. All I can say is WOW. I am so pleased. When they were finished, the cleaned up all the mess, including using a magnetized thing for nails in driveway, patio and grass. The yard, the patio, the driveway, the porches are SPOTLESS. I highly highly highly recommend Newman Roofing. They did my kid's. They did this roof and in 2 years they will do our other roof. Price is good too.

Despite the patio not being treated before winter, then when they did come out it was a terrible finish and another company corrected. The patio is not level in a couple areas and the custom stamp and cuts they made in the patio were not lifted up causing a bubble like look. Also, while completing the project, I called in numerous times to complain, I would have people come out at the end, but after several services calls and nothing accomplished, I finally stopped fighting and said I would leave a review. So there's my reviewMy patio was never finished properly and it makes me very sad as I spent $53,000 so be very careful when hiring the correct pick for your outdoor patio.

They have been given there trys to do a gutter system correctly on my home and I finally turned to another company to get it done properly even though the repair was still under warranty. That's how much I do not trust them. Then they showed up at my neighbor's today and without permission used my driveway as a dumping ground for debris. They took the debris away but left a dirty filthy mess and lots of rusty nails for me to contend with. The guy I tried to talk to on the job site was belligerent and would not stop using my property when asked to do so. I probably had every right to call authorities. I will report them to the appropriate consumer watch dog agency. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I am writing to bring to your attention a roofing company called Lifetime Quality Roofing, which is…read morelocated in Westerville, Ohio. I strongly advise against using this company for any roofing needs. The company has been a source of significant frustration for me. In 2022, the roof was replaced on my property in Hilliard by this company. Unfortunately, a leak has developed on the roof, which is now leaking into my bedroom ceiling. Despite the roof being only four years old, the company has refused to cover the repair, citing that the roof is not under warranty. I purchased my property last year, and the company has stated that the warranty is not transferable. However, the previous owner had reached out to the company and provided all the necessary documentation, yet the company has still refused to transfer the warranty and cover the repair. The company's actions are unacceptable. Firstly, the quality of their work in replacing the roof was subpar, resulting in the leak after only four years. Secondly, they have failed to take responsibility for the issue and have been extremely difficult to work with. They have made it challenging to schedule an inspection and repair, and they have demanded payment even before they have inspected the roof. I urge you to exercise caution and avoid using Lifetime Quality Roofing for any roofing needs.

I do not recommend using Life Time Quality in Westerville for any services…read more In May, I contacted them for quotes on roofing and siding after storm damage. This was an insurance claim, and I made it very clear from day one that I could not have any out-of-pocket costs other than the portion I already knew I was responsible for. Their representative came out with samples, reviewed my insurance policy, and assured me that everything would be covered. Once they submitted information to my insurance and the first check was issued, communication from Life Time Quality became almost nonexistent. The roofing crew they contracted did an acceptable job, but the siding contractors were extremely poor, leaving behind a mess that I had to deal with myself. It took 8.5 months for the entire project to be completed--far longer than what I was told. During this time, I was reassured that because of the delays, the upgrades I had ordered would be removed from the bill and that I would not owe anything out of pocket. Despite reviewing my insurance policy in advance and guaranteeing coverage, the total cost went from $24,000 to $36,000. My insurance claim was closed based on the amount the company originally submitted and was paid, but Life Time Quality later came back claiming there had been a "billing mistake." They also do not answer emails, do not return calls, and offer terrible customer communication overall. The only thing they are consistent with is sending a bill every day--even though they won't respond to a simple question. In the end, I am being forced to pay almost $5,000 out of pocket despite all their guarantees. The quality of work, the communication, and the overall experience were awful. I strongly urge anyone considering Life Time Quality to think twice--this company overpromises, underdelivers, and leaves customers holding the bill for their mistakes. Save yourself the time, stress, and financial headaches and look elsewhere.

Nearly half of the windows installed are unsatisfactory -- several won't open, some have poor seals, and multiple screens arrived ripped or damaged. The door installation was also done incorrectly. The door does not lock properly, and the doorknob was installed noticeably crooked, which is both frustrating and concerning from a workmanship standpoint. Communication throughout this process has been poor. Despite raising these issues, it has now been over a month and the problems with the windows still have not been properly resolved. We also used this company for siding, and that portion of the project went much better, which makes this experience even more frustrating due to the inconsistency in quality. Unfortunately, based on our experience with the windows and door, we would not choose this company again and wish we had gone with a different provider.

I got their advice on painting vs stain then found the prior owner's paperwork. I told them I wanted to stain the boards. They delivered some boards that were pre-painted and had to replace those so I could stain them. The installers were nice and came on time. However, they didn't have a paint brush to do the touch up work. When I got home, I found they hadn't replaced both sides of the dormer. Once I talked Warren, he found that it had been missed on the work order so they had to bring another board that I had to stain and schedule the 2nd. trip. I kind of had to keep emailing to keep the project moving forward, although I realize it is summer and I was a very small job. I will try them again next spring to have a siding checkup and hope it is easier. All nice people and reasonably priced.
