We called ahead to see if they could accommodate our group of (14). The "helpful" person on the phone offered two options: 1. We could be seated separately at different tables right away OR 2. Arrived at the restaurant just 5 mins later (we were literally already down the road), only for that exact person to tell us when arriving a completely different story. She claimed that we didn't call her back to let her know we were on our way... ? .... Therefore she had no wait time for us and didn't know how long it'll be.. uh? Ok? As we talked amongst ourselves in the waiting area, we decided we were going to take our business elsewhere..... well what do you know suddenly a table was ready for us. Kendra transformed our experience, her service was top-notch. I had ordered the elote nachos, and they arrived without queso, instead of just bringing a side of cheese, Kendra took the entire plate back and returned with a fresh, hot order made correctly.
