My case was complex and required collaboration between my ortho, dentist and oral surgeon. They were awesome! Raianna is incredibly friendly and always put me at ease. I recently had to go back to get my retainers adjusted and Dr. Kurt did it at no cost since it was an extension of my original services. My only complaint is that, as a teacher, it was often very difficult to get a convenient appointment in the late afternoon. this was a minor irritation since the service and quality of care were so good. read more

I broke my permanent retainer today(Friday) after they were already closed. I thought I would have to deal with a broken retainer all weekend which would really drag. We were visiting from out of town when my daughter realized that she did not pack her elastics or hook! I called the office and was Greeted by Dina, very nice and accommodating, I explained the situation and without hesitation she said that she would have what we needed available. I offered to pay for the supplies but she said that it would not be necessary. Once we got there the elastics were waiting at the front desk and they even let my daughter use their RR to put them in. such a nice office staff and such a nice office space. the staff and patients all seemed happy to be there and I have a feeling we would be happy to be their patient as well. No Lie, worth every hard earned dollar of mine. I'll try and make this short and sweet... Few years ago I finally had the money to invest in myself and chose braces. Who doesn't want a beautiful smile :). Anyways, I asked a few teacher friends who they went through for there kiddos braces and 99% of them said Stormberg. Did what your doing now and did my research, and had my free consolation. I had braces on the next day. :))) Years pass and I finally got them off. I had a smile that I was so proud to show off! . I was on cloud 9. Unfortunately, my teeth are stubborn and decided to do whatever they wanted regardless of my retainer. Now my story isn't the norm but with all that said and done Doctor Stormberg and his team are putting braces on again at no cost to me. *Like I said before, my case isn't the average braces case. My 14 year old got braces from Dr. Stormberg. I was highly impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of Dr Stormberg and his staff. We never waited (unless we were early) our appointment time was our appointment time, such a refreshing departure from waiting 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time at the doctor's office. All of his staff members are always very friendly and courteous. Dr. Stormberg greets every kid by name, a nice, personal touch that is much appreciated. He always has a smile on. A wonderful orthodontist with terrific staff. Everyone's professional and you can tell they truly love working here including Dr. Stormberg! There are always plenty of assistants working and appointments available so we never have to wait. My 2 kids and l have all been patients here and were all very pleased. Dr. Stormberg goes above and beyond hosting an annual party for all of his patients and families each summer. Every month they have contests that all the patients can enter where they give away really cool stuff. At Halloween they have a candy buy back program where they give out gift cards to patients who bring in candy. One time he even sponsored my daughter $50 for a school jog-a-thon. read more

Everyone involved with this organization is very good at their profession and they provide a great service BUT, don't ever try to re-schedule an appointment. Their demeanor will go from very helpful to "tough luck for you" in a single breath. I'm writing this review because I want people to know that Dr. Stormberg orthodontics is not a professional company. I was referred to them by my doctors office. I wanted to get braces for my son and looked into doing business with them. Here's the situation he told me because I rescheduled with them after two times they didn't want to do business with me. And that came from Dr. Star Berg himself I was totally unaware of the fact that if you reschedule that was an issue. Normally if you reschedule with in a 48 hour time frame it is OK I have never been treated in such a rude way from a business if they had an issue with rescheduling appointments they should have CLEAR COMMUNICATION with their customers instead of treating them as if their less than them. You would think with the climate of everything happening in today's economy that this company would be willing to work with their customers and be happy that they are bringing them business. But I guess that's not the case here, but no worries on my part another business will be happy to receive my money because it is clear that Dr. Stormberg is doing just fine without mines. read more

Yes, Dr. Stormberg looks at his patients as money and is very arrogant. I had braces from else where and I was almost done so my teeth looked almost perfect and I was happy about my progress. I switched to Invisalign at Dr Stormberg due to relocation and new life. He promised my teeth would look exactly like I described. After over a year treatment, my teeth look from almost perfect to croquet and way far from what I wanted. After requesting to fix my teeth, Dr. Stormberg forcefully discharged me saying that he's done what he was asked to do and there's nothing he needed to do anymore. We got referred to Dr. Stormberg's office by our dentist, Dr. Bolam. I had never been to an orthodontist when I was growing up so it was a first for me and my daughter, she is the patient. After going to a free consultation I didn't want to go anywhere else. I had to leave a message the first time I called, but received a prompt return call by a very kind lady so willing to help me. Then Dr. Stormberg called us the night before the appointment (which happened to be a Sunday evening) to see if we had any questions before coming in. I thought that was so nice. This place is buzzing...lots of kids getting braces. But they are prompt with the appointments that we have had. All staff has been most gracious and helpful. They have toys to play with which is good for my toddler son. They also don't mind if you come to the back area while they work...even with my little guy. At our last appt, my middle daughter got to "assist". Dr. Stormberg is very nice. He wants to make sure you are comfortable and if you have any questions he said "I am never too busy for patients or parents" I loved that statement. Overall it's been a wonderful experience so far. I don't really have a comparison as far as what other orthodontists would charge for the same service, but even though we don't have dental insurance, I am glad that we are at Dr. Stormberg's office because my daughter is receiving excellent care.
