As soon as you walk in, the staff are very friendly and it has such a welcoming atmosphere. I have been going to Dr. Tolands for a little over a year now and have never had a bad experience. They have been great about helping me with my dental hygiene and answering all my questions I have! I have seen mostly the hygienist, Elizabeth. They have great technology that helps to track all the progress being made. They also do Invisalign and will have deals occasionally as my boyfriend has done his retainers through them. I have been going to Dr. Toland for 2 years. My previous dentist retired. She is very competent and warned of possible upcoming issues. I had just started getting an implant with a dental surgeon when I came to her. She finished off it off with the tooth. When I had an emergency she got me in immediately. Her office staff are welcoming and most helpful and friendly. I need to take an anti-biotic before dentistry. I forgot once. They provided it and made adjustments. Now they call me to make sure I have taken it prior to coming in--so thoughtful! As a Senior citizen I really appreciate the TLC. This is office is filled with talented and good folks. I'm a retired 'queenager' and have been going to this clinic, and its previous incarnations, since my 50-something-year-old kids were in their teens. Dr Toland is thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and has the latest in equipment for panorex imaging, dental photography including 3-D imaging for night guards (no more gooey molds in your mouth!). While you wait, the laser box shapes your crown according to the 3-D photos just taken. You can watch it being done! And the staff and hygienists are super friendly. This is a local dentist who is professional and proficient. There is a lovely office and waiting room atmosphere with interesting facts about how much sugar are in popular bottled drinks which was eye opening and I appreciated learning! I get my teeth cleaned every 4 months and the dental hygienists do good work. Everyone in the office is friendly, attentive and professional. There is no upselling vibe as in some offices I've experienced. This is also our extended family's dentist as we all feel comfortable and know we are getting excellent dentistry! read more
