When life happened and we needed more than 10 days, I tried calling several times during business hours to let them know. Well on 8/12 I got a bill with a nice $50 late fee. Again I tried calling with no answer. Went down there in person to talk to the manager I originally worked with. Turns out she no longer works there. $430 was how much I had to pay since they wouldn't waive the late fee. Will not use this place again or recommend.

Ransacked boxes, got into clothes, shit everywhere. Couch was blanket wrapped and plastic wrapped, of course they clawed through and p***ed and s**t all over it. Ruined clothes. Couldn't walk in there without masks, had to bleach clean every box, chewed the wood of the book shelves! Left traps and found dead, poisoned rats having diarrhea or throwing up all over. Felt sick every time I went in. Also, the bathroom there is like a study in VO2s don't use it if you are affected by scent - it's like they dumped a gallon of toxic Fabuloso in it. Guy at desk would also speak to me like I'm an idiot who wasn't paying $350/mo to be there - funny how he was polite to my husband. It took awhile but the complaints garnered a refund of two months - won't even cover the dry cleaning bill but it helps. I think storage centers in general are the dregs! I hope to never have to use one again.

I hired guys twice and so I've had to pay them to just sit here and wait for the staff to come back. I'm moving my stuff out today to another storage place namely because of this problem. I had a reservation for a truck at 8:00 am. When I entered the office, the two women there barely…read moremade eye contact. There was no greeting. Just a "how may I help you", but it was very dry and unwelcoming. It wasn't just her. The other lady was uninviting as well, she just wasn't the one that assisted me. I think it would be good to train the team that no matter how early it is, no matter what is going on in their business or personal lives A smile goes a long way. She was initially very dry. However, I knew I had a long day ahead of me so I presented with the warm and welcoming environment that I wished I had walked into. By the end of our transaction, she warmed up. And guess what? She has a lovely personality. I hope that she shares that more with customers when they walk in the door. So for that, I added another star to the 3 stars I was going to give. Customer service goes a long way and more companies, large or small, should invest in the detailed training of their employees in this area. Customer service, isn't common sense, as common sense isn't "common". A standard of customer experience should be adopted.
