In fact, their attentiveness has always impressed me. For example, they immediately noticed when the small sticker they use for nightly lock checks went missing from my unit. They also quickly recognized when I changed my lock, which reassured me that they're highly vigilant and take security seriously. Lastly, they are reasonably priced for Bay Area storage facilities.

My gosh - What a fun/funny feel-good experience it turned in to! She's certainly a breath of fresh air! During a tour of the facility, and seeing how clean, well-organized, and well-managed Anchor was I cancelled the rest of my appointments, rented a unit there and my day was done! (Except, or course, for the all of the movind and storing I still had to do! Lol!)

Again, price is awesome, staff friendly. But if hours and accessibility is important to you, stay away.

When life happened and we needed more than 10 days, I tried calling several times during business hours to let them know. Well on 8/12 I got a bill with a nice $50 late fee. Again I tried calling with no answer. Went down there in person to talk to the manager I originally worked with. Turns out she no longer works there. $430 was how much I had to pay since they wouldn't waive the late fee. Will not use this place again or recommend.
