I was in need of rental information and from the phone call to the visit to the facility everything went very smooth. Upon entering the building the manager Hector was very helpful. We looked at several storage units that he quoted per our phone conversation and he gave me prices for the units. He gave me information on boxes and supplies. I had a terrific experience here. I was moving myself into a new apartment, and needed additional storage space beyond my normal storage unit for a week. The manager steered me towards a special deal they had, so we found an option that I could afford. The manager also went out of his way to help me lug a mattress and box spring to my storage unit.
