When the move-in date arrived, I didn't actually end up needing the space. I called to cancel the reservation and a gentleman who claimed to be the manager was short, angry, and told me that my card had been charged already, and there would be no refund at all. I pulled up my email confirmation and canceled the reservation that way. Shortly thereafter, Melissa called me, verified the situation, and said she would do everything possible to attempt to get me a refund for the space I had never used. It turns out that the "manager" had put me in "moved in" status, which was definitely not the case. Melissa was quickly able to correct the information and secure a refund to my credit card for which I am very grateful.

Once again, my monthly rent was significantly increased by 21% without any notice. My account is set to autopay, and I only discovered the price hike when I check my monthly statement -- no email, no call, no warning. To make matters worse, I've been unable to reach anyone at the facility or get help from customer service to resolve this issue. When do you get ahold of customer service they are extremely rude and it's a dead end to the conversation. Public Storage claims "market rates," but if you want a fair price, they'll make you move all your belongings to a different unit within the same property -- even though they're charging much lower rates for the exact same unit you're already in. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for storage. Public Storage may dominate the industry, but they take advantage of loyal customers with unfair practices and poor communication.

Each and every employee is very friendly and efficient. Chris has been exceptional to work with. Prices here are far better than the surrounding storage facilities (especially now under new management). Units stay pretty cool or warm because of the way these units are put together compared to all other storage facilities we looked at. Renting a Uhaul on site was an added bonus and again Chris was very friendly and again efficient renting that out to me.
