Normally I'd say this was a decent spot, but they're not on their game today. I took an Uber all the way out to Story only to be greeted by a locked door. Apparently a pipe burst and flooded the back...but no one has bothered to update the website OR show the store as closed. So lights are on, people are showing up, everyone is sitting inside, and you can't go inside. This was a waste of time, a waste of TWO Ubers, and a waste of a good sale. There's an amazing deal today that I'm positive won't be around tomorrow...which doesn't really matter because I won't come back. There are too many good dispensaries out there with better customer communication (seriously, they could update the website to show they're closed and save people time and disappointment!). read more

If I could give a zero I woulddd first off the lady with purple hair and and nose piercing was very rude. I understand that cussing is in this kind of work atmosphere, but it's another when you're cussing towards us with an attitude.... I will say it was fast considering it was our first time, but no one really gave any suggestions or showed us anything that other dispensaries would !! the "manager" was literally wearing highlighter yellow rubber rain boots while the sun is shinning, definitely need better management and staff. i got denied sale because i asked why if there's three lines (walk in's, medical and pickup) did i place an order an hour ago, come in stand in line for over 30 mins and watch at least 6 walk in people get served before me. the old lady at the register couldn't handle my question and got mad and just kept asking if i wanted to talk to her supervisor. all i wanted to know is why place an online order if i have no priority over walk in customers when to my understanding that's the point? she then said i was raising my voice being rude and went got her supervisor and told him i should be banned? i then was like who cares just finish the sale, when another employee pokes there head out the window and screams "just finish the sale" which is what i had been asking them to do this whole time while the old lady is still running her mouth. then the "manager" not sure who made this kid manager then follows me outside as if i just caused a scene for asking why the customer service was being handled poorly. overall horrible place with rude ass employees!!!! will be going back to my pride and true, THE LANDING the BEST in cinci. read more
