Being a destination wedding, we did not get to meet her in person until our 1-month walkthrough. Lata was professional throughout the whole process. She was patient and open to our vision and provided her insights from her past experiences in this field when needed. She was available for us as we had several long phone conversations to determine our theme, discuss details, logistics, etc. She would work around our schedule and make herself available for us during nights and weekends. During the whole process, she worked with us to keep the decoration and her services within our budget. She paid attention to all details for our Sangeet night and wedding ceremony. She got all the colors, floral, and placements exactly how we wanted. She was also prepared to have a Plan B if the weather did not cooperate with our events. She was accommodating and met us at both of our event's venues pre-walkthrough to finalize the decoration. She treated us like a friend and did things outside the job description - for example, she stored few boxes of personal items for us and provided other vendor suggestions for our wedding. As nervous as we were about her understanding our vision-she came through a 110%. She even built us a custom wooden stage for our wedding mandap last minute since the rented stage did not work well. We truly could not have asked for a better, professional decorator than Lata to accomplish our vision. As picky as we were about the exact shade of color of the fabric we wanted for our mandap and the flowers, she was honest & open to telling us what she can do for us. My fiancé and I wanted a small wedding, particularly with COVID still looming, but flowers are a big part of my background and, for us, a small wedding did not mean minimal flowers. Our wedding venue, a train car at Game Train USA, was already beautifully appointed with a Victorian, garden theme, but being a bit non-traditional as a wedding venue we knew we would need creative help turning it into the perfect location for our ceremony and brunch. I took to Google and Yelp in search of a florist that was known for their creativity. When I came across reviews for Nancy, I had a feeling she would be "the one" for us. We met Nancy at Game Train for the first time and after spending just an hour with her touring the venue and discussing our ideas we knew we'd found our creative visionary. Not only were we impressed with Nancy's ideas, she was absolutely lovely throughout the entire process. Nancy asked that I send her my inspirational photos, which she incorporated into her vision, so when she created a proposal for us, it was very much in line with what we wanted. Seeing the flowers for the first time on my wedding day was enough to start a flood of happy tears. Gorgeous seems like such an inadequate adjective. My bouquet was stunning; beautifully made with the most amazing garden roses, specially sourced by Nancy. She also created two lush, floral archways, large urns of greens and florals, and florals for the chandeliers and serving tables. After our wedding was over and the celebrations finished, Nancy came back and collected everything from the venue so that we did not have to worry with anything except leaving for our honeymoon. We didn't just have a florist for our wedding. We had a partner who was invested as much as we were, and who never let us down. If you're looking for the same, look no further. For example, the number of hosts was reduced from two to one and suddenly the craft we selected was an additional cost. Despite asking her three times for a list of crafts included in the quoted price, she never provided one. When I addressed the discrepancies between what we were originally promised and her new pricing, she accused me of being abrasive. She also claimed that the email we received was the same as everyone else's, even though we had already discussed specific details and chosen our services. Ultimately, she suggested that it might not be a good fit for her team and recommended we cancel. This happened after over a month of trying to communicate and book the event. She was unresponsive to phone calls and texts and even yelled at my boss, using inappropriate language, before agreeing to refund our deposit. It seemed like she was trying to increase her profits and didn't appreciate that we wouldn't accept the new terms. We will not be doing business with her, nor would we recommend her services to others.

Alex stepped in, acted extremely rudely, ripped a glass right out of Angel's hand, grabbed the remaining cups lined up for the drinks, and threw them in the trash. He then declared no one could have drinks and shut the bar down an hour and a half early! He showed complete disrespect to the bride, the groom (Colton), the wedding planner (Shelby), the entire wedding party, and his own crew.
