He got me right in without an appointment and I watched tv and read on my Kindle using their free Wi-Fi. The "cherry on top of the sundae" was that he had me completed in 35 or 40 minutes. Unheard of! It always takes an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half to mount and balance 4 tires. Ken had put two techs on the job even though they were moderately busy at the time. I've been a long time customer since 2019 and have never been disappointed. They replaced my brakes, and when they wore out abnormally early, they replaced them free of charge. The owner always recognizes me, asks me how I've been, and it feels good knowing I'm more than just a number. Most recently they squeezed me in during their busy schedule as my tire valve cores broke and I needed them replaced ASAP and I'm extremely grateful. A few weeks before it was due for inspection, my Service Engine light came on. It was diagnosed as a problem with the Catalytic Converter. The replacement cost could have exceeded $2000. They researched the problem and discovered that my F-150 was under a Factory Recall requiring the Catalytic Converter computer program to be reprogrammed.
