They have a bbq area, small fitness center and a large dining area where they serve the usual buffet breakfast - eggs, sausage, the malted waffle maker etc. Staff we're friendly and helpful. Bathroom is split into shower & toilet behind a door with sink and mirror open & adjacent to the bedroom. Dislike that arrangement as you're guaranteed to wake up your sleeping partner. Our bathroom door hinges were partially out of the wall. There was black mold behind the shower soap/shampoo bottles. Fingerprints adorned both edges of the TV. Clearly cleaning could be better. Shower water pressure was poor. The a/c system put out a shrill whining noise when it started up - an unwelcome noise in the middle of the night. Bed was comfortable but for $228 a night I expect better.

Great lighting in the bathroom, and a spacious living room that's separated from the bedroom. Did not get to check out the gym or pool facilities. Breakfast daily with a good selection of meat, eggs, fresh oatmeal with lots of toppings, fruits, and yogurt cups. I wish they did not use disposable products but at least they were compostable. Staff was fine. Would return.

My party arrived at 11:30 am that day to tell the front desk staff that, though we understood we couldn't check in then, we would be attending a music festival that day, so we wouldn't be returning until later that night. The woman at the front desk looked at me like I had several heads and was no help whatsoever. We left to go to the music festival and returned to the hotel around midnight. The man at the desk told us that all the rooms were booked and that he had no rooms to give us. I showed him my check in information on the Hilton app and he took us up to one of the rooms, unlocked the door, and found that there were people sleeping in it! Although we were 3 hours from home, my party drove through the night to get home. On Tuesday, July 21 I wrote to Hilton explaining the situation and my utter dissatisfaction. I still have not received a response. I have been a Hilton member for years now, and have NEVER had an issue with any of the locations that I have stayed in, but to say I am unhappy with this situation is not strong enough. I would never stay at this establishment again and, after being ignored by the corporation and their customer service, am seriously considering never staying at a Hilton property again.

The shower had great water pressure, and the bed was so comfy that I looked up where to buy it. It was a BeautyRest Hospitality St Chapelle X Plush, if anyone is wondering. The carpet looked a little dated, but I think we got one of the rooms that was recently renovated. Breakfast was good as well. Small selection, nothing too fancy, but it was good. I thought the coffee was the highlight. It had this fancy touchscreen machine that would grind the beans fresh for each cup of coffee. Next time we want to go to Boston, I think we'll stay here and catch the train in to avoid staying in the city. Conveniently located by a Market Basket and different restaurants. We personally liked the Santa Fe Burrito Grill in Rockland.

Not sure that is a way to start the stay at this hotel. Not sure who designed the hotel, you have to walk down the whole first floor to get to the elevator only one. After looking around the room various areas on the wallpaper white stains all over the place. Also wallpaper is peeling off the wall. This establishment is in need of a major overhaul that is for sure. While having breakfast this morning never saw the desk clerk at the desk the whole time. This place needs a major overhaul I would say it is over priced for this facility.

We had gotten there around 3:30 and decided to ask if we could switch rooms. The man was polite but informed us that there were no rooms available. Okay fine, so we asked if we could switch perhaps later on once the other rooms were finished being cleaned. Again we were told that there was nothing he could do. I was slightly annoyed but we went on with our day having to heat up our food in the lobby microwave and grabbing a bucket of ice to keep our beverages cold. Okay, fine...worse things have happened. 4th Stay: It was a Friday afternoon and I had decided to call at 2 PM to book a room. No one answered my calls so I had decided to just give up. I called again at 5 PM and lucky lucky due to someone canceling I was able to book a room. Everything was smooth sailing until I was quoted "$160". Mind you..the most I had ever paid was $120. When I questioned the price I was told that the prices do not stay the same. I paid the $160 and when I got to the room the picture on the TV was going in and out and when we requested maintenance we were told there was no one on site. 5th Stay: this was the most recent stay. It wasn't bad but again the picture on the TV was going in and out and I had accidentally booked an accessible room and once again when asked if we could move we were told they were all out. I'm finding out that is it a little wishy-washy...especially depending on which clerk is assisting you at the front desk

While the FB page shows remodeled rooms, my room 236 looked nothing like that. Upon entering couldn't get the lights to turn on. When I finally got them on I discovered my room had 4 lamps but only 2 were plugged in, there was no outlets for the other two. That included the one on the bed nightstand. Guess spending $5 on an extension cord was asking too much. The a/c is an Emerson(thats OLD) window unit(see photo) that took a long time to cool down the room. Wifi is non existing the connection was beyond slow and never connected. The bathroom(see photo) is beyond small one lightbulb was burned out. Glad I am short and skinny. After my bathroom adventure, the shower works fine, I went down for breakfast at 6.30AM. The coffee thermos in the lobby was empty and then taken away by the night clerk(see photo) and never replaced. The breakfast area was dark. The only sign there said closed at 10pm. As all I wanted was a bowl for my self brought breakfast items I entered. Thats when the night clerk who claimed to be the owner had a fit screaming at me and one other guy that the area doesn't open til 7AM and no one tells him any different. So we waited til 7AM so much for an early work start. When the area opened at 7AM there was no hot water for tea, no decaf coffee or sugar. It did have regular coffee but not very hot. The attendant maybe spoke and understood 5 words of english. By the time I got to check out the night clerk/owner? had left so thank God didn't have to deal with him again. My advise stay anywhere else but here...

I called in twice yesterday to verify and ask if my family, and I could check-in early because we were driving a while and we were going to be arriving very early. I was told yes, that a room that I booked would be available. So I get here and the man that was at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. Telling me that there's nothing he could do. He couldn't check me in until after 3 PM and that I needed to wait when I was already acknowledged by the previous employer that I would be able to check-in. So he tells me that the other employer told him that I had called in numerous times I didn't know calling in 2 times was numerous. It's just to verify, and one time it was actually on my way here. So again, I get here and I am denied access to a room that I had booked over a month ago. The customer service was awful. The management was awful. She didn't care about what was going on. She didn't care that I was here to see my ill grandmother. And that we had driven a lot of hours to get here while my whole family myself included my husband my children were all exhausted. So all we wanted to do was sleep. So I said, ok, well, we checked into a different hotel, and that hotel welcomed us with open arms and was actually very apologetic for what this hotel had done to us. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody. The food is disgusting. The hallway and the lobbies are never clean. The employees are rude all the way around like again. This is like my fourth time having an issue with this hotel and the employees, so I recommend nobody stay at this hotel unless you want ignorance and lack of communication.

Carpet is covered with stains along with the chairs and couch that is also torn in multiple places. Smells of smoke are everywhere. Small outdated TVs, mini fridge and microwave that barely work, and an old creaky bed. On a good note, the front desk lady is really nice. Long story short. This hotel is best for a one night stay if needed.
