I recently had the pleasure of working with STOUT-Air for my heating and air conditioning needs, and I can't say enough good things about them! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The team was incredibly professional and courteous. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the process in a way that was easy to understand. They arrived on time and respected my home, ensuring everything was tidy as they worked. They even loved my pets. If anyone knows me personally, my dog is my entire life, and they treated her like she was their own! I was impressed by the level of expertise displayed by the technicians. They worked efficiently, and it was clear they took pride in their craft. The difference in comfort levels in my home is fantastic! Our summers are hot, and having an AC that has no refrigerant does not work for us. My unit is old, and I need a new one, which is not currently in my budget. Understanding I cannot purchase a new unit, they were able to fix the things I need to ensure we are cool for the summer! They came out twice because they needed to go and get refrigerant the first time, and I had mentioned I had to go to my son's baseball game. They came out today, understood my little income, and worked a fantastic deal to ensure my family and pets were cool for the summer! Next year, I will only have them come out and replace my entire unit! I truly appreciated their commitment to customer satisfaction. I can't say enough about this business, we had them put in a new ac about 2 years ago they were quick,professional, friendly and on top of that the price was the best I found. Now fast forward to now I haven't had it maintenance in two years and I have 2 shepherds the shed so much so it was bad. The system started leaking and I called Tim the owner and he sent out help the next day! Tim's son Jobe and his associate Steven came out. Jobe is a young man maybe 19 but incredibly mature and professional Steven was exceptional with his work they fixed the problem ( it was clogged with a ton of dog hair) and then went about showing me how to help maintain it between services. They were amazing with my dogs and my nephew who I had to keep getting out of their way. Before they left they talked to me and showed me the problems and set me up for service every 6 months. I will 10/10 recommend and I'm not easy to impress!!!! read more

Look no further! My hvac unit went out on me 2 days before Xmas. Not a surprise because the system was installed in the 90's but horrible timing nonetheless. Tim came out to inspect the unit within hours of me calling. Upon confirmation the unit was in fact burned out and useless. They ordered a new, slightly larger and more efficient unit on the spot and sent the crew out the day after Xmas for installation! The install was quick, clean and very professional, not a screw out of place all done during one of the hardest rains I have seen in my area! Also for literally thousands of dollars less than any other quote I got. So if you want to be treated like family, enjoy massive savings and get an extremely professional service call Stout! UPDATEThis is an update to my first review I made about Stout Air. My AC stopped blowing cold air and I contacted Tim. Tim made time through their busy schedule to come by and check it out. He came over to try to add more Freon to get us cold for the heatwave. As soon as he added Freon, the compressor started hissing and ultimately shut off. Tim was able to discover the compressor failed due to a poor install job. Tim was able to contact the manufacturer and get it fixed and covered by their warranty. The cost for us out of pocket was very minimal. We did have one night where it was very warm and horrible inside the house. Tim went and bought us fans so we could stay somewhat cool over the night. Tim and his crew took care of us during this difficult and hot time! I highly recommend his company for all your AC needs!! read more

Tim Stout was incredibly friendly and helpful and very reasonably priced. I had received other quotes that were much higher. He knew I was on a budget and he worked with me. I needed a Mini Split that I had purchased installed and it ended up being more complicated because of the brand and a lack of locally available supplies for this brand. Stout-Air really helped us out with our new heat and air system. We contacted several local company to get a price and ask for any discounts for us impacted by COVID-19. All companies except Stout-Air were not able to help us, Stout-Air showed up had us a new system under 7k and gave us a free UV light to help scrub our air clean thanks so much Stout-Air I'm glad to see a honest company helping in time of need. Stout Air is so really nice they will bend over back wards we had Beaver heating and air come out last year they left us high and dry and with no air.
